Studied TaeKwonDo for 12 years in ireland, Martial arts are a great way of getting and staying fit, for learning self control, self respect and confidence.... They are NOT about beating the crap out of people.... I'm 42 soon and haven't raised a hand or foot for that matter in over 17 years in anger. Knowing what you can do, requires no need to prove what you can do... You talk someone out of conflict and if they're too damn stupid to heed this approach, which seldom occurs in my experience, you simply stop them when attacked.
My eldest son, now 5, will start doing the same art i did when 6 next year for all the same reason that i did. Such training gives great self confidence and thereafter the ability to make up your own mind as you get older and not just run with the crowd.
I would recommend any parent to get their young children involved in any form of martial arts
Also on your eye sockets top side... rub from nose out till you hit the bumps, massage this area for a while.. same thing as acupuncture or acupressure... never fails for me or my friends

If its any consolation, it deleted my profile and reinstated it lastnight now with no photo because my ex(kids mother) has had several of her friends stalking and attacking me on here..... Some people have no lives and nothing better to do.
That you have a strong belief / faith doesn't bother me at all.... fair play and all that......... But if you post statements as you did i and others will challenge your every word

If you say God is alive I know you wanna know why Babies die, food don't grow wild, why trains smash, planes crash Situation mash and slam bam your fellow man Money's in fashion, huh, it ain't rational.
I hate no-one, as hate only effects the hater and never the hated.... as long as you don't make it a physical kind of hate..... It's a waste of energy and can distroy the hater in many ways..
As for being on these threads....... I will continue to try and show you the REAL light about the non existence of GODS

They can order an attachment order to his salary even overseas, then it would be removed at source leaving no choice about payment..... The access issue is different and his kids WILL resent if not hate him in later life..... What a huge mistake on his behalf
