Well probably The Maldives is one of the few genuine democratic Muslim countries. They had full democratic presidential elections in 2008.

Youre right there about Mexico, such a shame, i used to love going down to Baja California, Cabo san Lucas , great food,places and people. I certainly wouldnt visit Cuidad Juarez though, the most dangerous in the world
