Same here, I guess I am a bit like a Jack-in-the-box popping up every now and then.
As to the state of forums, I can't say anything as I am so seldom online nowadays.
Lots of life just happening, no spectacular romances or anything , just long walks on beach in the sunshine , hobbies, friends

I don't even know who has left...
but did I actually see 007 back with another name? Maybe it's just too late and my eyes are crossed...

Buddy, thanks for reminding there is that vote option too, I have to go and see what my situation is. I only check it when somebody is speaking about it, I'm not that keen on it.

I have found love here in a form of a dear friend, who also loves my dog dearly. Actually so much that he was just minding her a week when I was getting to know my new grandson.
Good friends are a great blessing.

Bettystown beach is some 5-6 km long and if you add the beaches both north (Baltray to Clogherhead) and south (Laytown to Balbriggan) of it there is definitely plenty of room for half of Ireland's population! I think I read somewhere it's the longest sand beach in Ireland?
The problem is the entrancy to the beach! None living locally goes near the village center on sunny weekends, unless in serious emergency. You just get stuck there for hours if you do

Luckily I have it just close by, don't need to drive anywhere

I like holding hands too or to be more precise, I really miss holding hands
The dog won't cope walking if I hold her paw

I was on playful mood the other day and mailed a guy who had viewed my profile.
I probably scared the bejaysus out of him, at least I scared him to total silence.

I'm not taking it personally, just chuckling thinking of him getting a fright.
