.. life moves far TOOO quickly ... the years just fly by ... i wish i could put a brick on top of time ... get it to stand still for a while .. there's not enuff time in the day to do everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... that .. and it sux we have to work 5 days and only get 2 days off!!

.. well that's the dumbest thing i've EVER heard .. people shouldn't set aside time to exercise? That's insane ... keeping fit and exercising prolongs your life .. i wish u well in your life of obesity and early demise ... ANyone that's into a fitness-based lifestyle does NOT lift objects just for the sake of it .. there's a goal and a purpose behind it ... lifting weights builds muscle and strengthens your bones .. I work out and i also lead a very healthy, active lifestyle .. they both go hand in hand ...
