Yaaaay Ireland finished the tournament with a very good result against the Netherlands, were given a target of 307 and reached it comfortably with the loss of only 4 wickets and a great century from Paul Stirling They must be kicking themselves now for losing to Bangladesh by just 27 runs. Oh well they have done very well and will surely get further in the next one in 2015
Looks like Ireland are going to finish the tournament with a win against Netherlands only need 28 from 33 balls, oops as I type this Wilson has just lost his wicket, oh well should still win, if only they had beat Bangladesh in their first game could have made the quarterfinals
Yes, too bad Ireland, they have done very well this year and improved a lot since the last world cup. Maybe they can leave on a high by beating Netherlands in their last game
