RE: Who's still.........4

It's an amazing debut album, it won the Mercury Prize last year beating even Mumford and Sons debut album for the prize. I personally think it is one of the best albums of the last 10 years.
Anyway, bedtime for moi yawn

RE: Who's still.........4

laugh yes that's true, at least there I have friends, rather than being here all by my lonely lonesome.

RE: Who's still.........4

She has an amzing voice for someone so young and chooses great songs to cover, first Bon Iver now The XX. The original by The XX is still better though.

grin

RE: what were your favourite oldschool arcade games

They had this arcade game at the corner shop 2 mins from my house, I used to play it almost every day, loved it.

RE: Anyone alive here??

Excellent, here i am usually home by 12.20, unless I go to a nightclub, im getting too old for nightclubs, havent been to one in a few years. Its ridiculous they have these strict licensing laws...who wants to go home at 12.15?? I may not be young lad anymore but neither am I 75 laugh

RE: Anyone alive here??

Well, thats the important thing hey, as long as the pints are tasty thats all that matters.
One thing that annoys me about the pubs here is most close at 12, even on weekends, and they only give you like 15 minutes to drink up. In Dublin my local closed ar 12.30 on weekends and you could order 3 pints and drink till 2.

RE: Anyone alive here??

I'm half awake, will be in bed soon yawn
How was the pub?

RE: Happy Birthday Ella

Happy Birthday Ella cheers

RE: Happy Birthday SereneGreen

RE: Soccer Transfer News

Yeah, that too laugh
Although, if they sell Fellaini, they could get a few quid for him.

RE: Soccer Transfer News

They certainly lack ambition, but that said they do pretty well considering the very average team they have. I will be very suprised if Moyes is still there come the end of next season. I think he might be a serious candidate for the Man united job once Fergie retires, although Mourinho will more than likely get it, or maybe O'Neill.

RE: Help with Self Help books.

I agree 100%. I think 'The Secret' is one of the biggest cons in recent history. Here is a pretty interesting/funny article I found on the subject

RE: Soccer Transfer News

Not much transfer news for Everton fans ( same story every year )
They might be interested in Rodallega and might be signing Preston's keeper, Andrew Lonergan, who apprently wants to play for Ireland too. dunno

RE: 170 million

I used to drink with this guy in this ad in The Bird Flanagan in Rialto. I know someone 'famous' woohooooo

RE: Meet next Saturday

Likewise gingernail gingernail hug

RE: Meet next Saturday

Congratulations Biggs.
It's great you are getting paid weekly. My last job in Ireland I started on the 9th, didn't get paid until the 30th and the welfare, as you know, stops payments straight away. So I had to borrow money from friends so I could eat for the 3 weeks till I got paid. mumbling

RE: Im out of here

Just cos your moving to another country doesn't mean you have to delete your profile. I left Ireland 8 months ago and still post in the Irish forums quite often.
Anway, good luck with your move. handshake
