I went with a man on his boat, up the river Shannon, on a first date, after chatting with him for a long time,, i just trusted him. Luckily i trusted well as it was a long way from home, and if he wasn't a very decent man i might have lived to regret it,, OR not :laugh A good day was had and no regrets!

Yes i agree,, just that we get so little warm weather here, except for this year. I added the pleasant weather. No if the company is good, then who cares about the weather ,,,
Be nice Pete, i'm not used to that kind of date, first or otherwise. i don't eat mars bars or drink coke, mobiles are turned off for dates so the walk along the pier is the only thing that is nice about it.
A light lunch, at a good restaurant,with some nice music and a glass of then perhaps, a nice walk and chat ,preferably somewhere like a lake or near the sea !
