I think they always try to find a way for the kids to be returned to the parent or guardian. They won't and can't put the lids up for adoption without lengthy legal presidence
always 2 sides to every story and they aren't going to just blindly go in and take the kids. if nothing else it cost the state to much to leave them in the state's care for no reason

I have actually got some very good friends I have met on the internet and talk to some of them everyday. I have met quite a few, gotten close , (extremely in a couple of cases) I value their friendship and hopefully one is very close to becoming my last husband
There is not a man in the world worth my kids while they were under my roof. There still isn't but now that they can fend for their selves, I have my own life. I would never stand for a man to mistreat them, or them to mistreat the man I chose
