Not entirely sure, Serene. Just a feeling I have. Maybe I've just heard so much about all the scamming on CS that I'm having trouble believe in anyone.
Absolutely!!! But I'm curious about something.... how long do they stick around? I've been talking to someone I suspect might be a scammer but he hasn't asked me for anything and it's been at least a month, if not more.
Yes, because I have been in love with two men at the same time. One was a love I knew could never last and the other was a more steady, less exciting love. The steady love lasted over 10 yrs.
sorry. I should have read more before replying. If your child is 20 yrs old, that is more than old enough for you to be considering your own feelings. Have a talk with this "child" and tell him/her to stop being so childish and make an effort to get along with your man. And do the same with your man. If it doesn't work, you may have to get rid of the man in order to keep your sanity.
I'm so sorry about your job, AND the fact that people have bullied you here. I don't understand bullying and I am truly amazed that you could withstand it for such a long time. Just goes to show who's stronger, the bully - or the bullied. Good for you for hanging in there. Good luck with your job search.
All I can say is that, back in April I was going through a fair amount of stress too, but unlike the lady you speak of, I WANTED the man I was involved with to be with me. We spoke on phone as often as we could, and the same for texting and emailing. That alone helped me to put things into perspective and realize that the stress I was living through could have been so much worse without all the contact I had with this man. He got me through the worst of it. If I could have had him with me, there's no question in my mind that I would have!!
But, having said that, some people just prefer dealing with situations on their own. He shouldn't give up on her until she tells him to, or until he can't take the uncertainty any longer.
WOW!!! I went to the thread you posted and did like the classical piece, but I have to say that the piece Gary did with Mick Jagger (Everybody Knows About My Good) was fabulous!!! I'm definitely more into blues than classical.
I had a man ask that of me recently. It's something I could never do though. It's like ripping out a piece of ME!!! My past has made me the woman I am today and I want to have the pictures as reminders of special people and times in my life. It's just not right for someone to ask that of you...
OMG!!! That's horrible!! Luckily, these friends are not the camping out type. A 3 star hotel would probably be the closest they'd get to "roughing it".
No, I've never heard of Punatics. Why do we on the mainland never hear of all the crime there? All I ever hear of Hawaii is what a tropical paradise it is.
I have friends that are going there in just a couple weeks, but I doubt they'll be anywhere near these subdivisions.
