Bin Laden was apprehended yesterday when trying to leave Switzerland. He was discuides as a clean shaven buisness man. American Embassy have been in contact with Swiss authorities about the extradition. According to Swiss law Bin Laden will be tried in a Swiss court where he faces the maximum penilty 10 years with the possibility of parole. The American ambassador has voiced his concearn of the fact that bringing all witnesses to Switzerland might be difficult. This is especially due to the fact that according to Swiss law a person is not allowed to be held more then 20 days before trial begins. He also stated that a trial in USA would be preffered.
