In Sweden when we had the first dead bird, they put up a perimiter 4 miles in diameter where you wouldn´t be let in. Killed all the domestic birds (overreacting). Now when dead birds are found in the capital the perimiter is 900 feet. So what´s the point to even have a perimiter. Birds fly.
