Maybe he's used to have you do everything... maybe if you cut back, he'll try to contact you. You should calmly and nicely explain to him that you ain't getting as much as you give him, and have him decide whether to shape up or risk losing you.
Let me rephrase... Any serious scientist would know that measuring intelligence based on DNA and genes is at best highly speculative, and at worst a fraud. And we haven't even considered the interaction of their genes.
