All guns can kill and there is no excuse that some one is trained that one should be allowed to own one to use whenever one sees so fit. The brain is a complicated device and small chemical imbalances can create improper actions, not to speak how it works under the influence of stimulantia. Maybe there should be a breath analizer attached to each and every gun?

Maybe there are so many different reasons to carry a gun.
I have my reasons, and it is carried very responsibly!
