Christian sisters are
there to greet you.
Make you feel at
home and loved.
The music pulls
you in wanting
you to join
the praising
and joyful
attitude.
Peace overflows
your body
letting all
the sins and
sadness go.
For you have
found your home
the place of no
judging only
love and
caring attitude.
Walk in and
let them in
for they will
be the answer
to your prays.

For in the distance
i did see a figure
so enchanting to me.
I stared for what
seemed like forever.
Are eyes interlocked
for you had pulled me in.
I could see so much
happening from there.
A life we could share.
Fast as i saw you
You disappeared into
the shadows never to
be scene again.
The figure was gone
the dreams in your
head need to be forgotten.
Forward you go remembering
the feeling of his soul.
His face is tagged
on your mind and you
see it from time to time.

Don't lock your
heart away put it
out there to stay.
No chains around
it keeping
it safe.
Place it out
on the table
for all to
see for they
can know the
real me.
Take this
note as you must
i say love
or B U S T!

Me alone!
Loneliness
creeps in.
I set it
back for
it ain't
all that.
Get out
of me my
spirit
needs to
be free.
Other
feelings
please
come in
take the
place let
me have
that silly
G R I N.

Sitting here
not able
to stand.
Leg all
swollen
rubbing it
in my hand.
My body
feels so
very huge.
This illness
has gotten
to me i
just don't
know how
life is to
be so very
happy for me.
The pills i
take are so
many i just
wish i could
get through a
day without any.
I set these
feelings out
there for you
to see i just
don't want
the third degree.
Just picture how
you would feel
if you were me.

Setting your goals
reaching for them
making them your own.
No excuses aim for it.
Never letting nothing
stand in your way.

For you see the smile
of your child and it
makes everything
worth wild.
You see things through
their innocent eyes.
For it is like being
young again.
Let them show
you the world.
Let their
enthusiasm
send joy though
your life.
Let them excite
your life in
abundance.

The words seep
into my mind
so they can be
put on paper
for all to see.
I write down my
thoughts to help
another deal with
situations in
their life.
If i find one
to help in my
lifetime i have
taken my gift
from God and
used it for
his purpose.
For i hope my
poetry gets in
you and gives
you that feeling
the poem portrays.

In the dark of the night
you see the figure
in the shadows
where it seems
to lurk not to
let another see .
It hides upon
another shadow
which is either
for you or me.
You make your
way closer to
the image in
the dark only
to find there
is nothing there.
Was this all in
your mind or
was it really
there right
in front of you.

Dreams are here
attainable and true.
Dreams are reality
if you pull them
to the other side.
Just keep the curtain
visible so you
know where the
line is drawn.

You make my head swell
you take the pain away.
Now i am able to fully
function as a independent
women with goals. I have
the good and bad with
you i don't know
what is worse for me.
Words do not come
easily out of my
mouth at times
things seem to be
more difficult for me.
Trying to decide
which one is for me.
Not knowing what
is to come if
the answer changes
for me or is changed.
For now i live
day to day waiting
to see what else
is gonna come my way.

so certainly i can try!

I work with the
elderly some times
you see they know
more than their
telling you or me.
For the stories
they tell are spoken
so well as if out
of a text book.
They remember the
times and things
they loved them
most, but certain
things are a ghost.
Their minds seem
fine certain parts
of the day when
nigh falls every
thing goes away.
Don't be sad theirs
moments you see
she certainly did
remember thee.
For in her world
she put herself
safe in her place
she knows so well.
Just believe she
is safe right now
for the Lord is
guiding hand shows
her how look up to
him and say a prayer
for today the Lord's
carries her there.
He picks up and
candles her in
his hand.
For the Lord is
guiding her through
her path until
her final walk
with him to heaven.
