As i sit here
in this room
alone waiting
to see when
God will deliver
me from here.
Waiting to see
what God wants
for me and from me.
I think of all i
have been through
and all i am still
going to go through.
Then i think what
is ahead of me?
Trying not to look
behind at all that
I have got through.
All i have to say
is Lord thank you.

For in the dreams in my mind i see
my poetry where others can see.
I can see my poetry being
enjoyed by thee.
They seem to enjoy what they
see which makes me so happy.
They look at the author on the
back and smile then they say
how young this author must be
but her poetry is so diverse to me.
The levels go from nature to happy
and sad.
Then to all that God has done for
her and what he has gotten her through.

Lady bee you truly are a
women of your time for
you say what is on your mind.
You do not let things
just sit there and be
that is not the way
for thee.
You must be true to
yourself and support
your fellow poet as you
see what means something
to thee.
For to you i say may this
see you doing well for
others can ring this bell
to thee.
For you are a poet of the
age just so much to teach
us if we would just be
quiet
still
listen.
Thank you for always being you.

Into the music the
darkness drifts
pulling the curtain
over the day for
night has entered
the sky.
The stars have put
them self up in the
air as an ornament
to set off the sky.
Letting some of the
darkness disappear
into the accent set
before you.
Each night when you
look up in the sky
to see me the man
in the moon to say
HELLO
to my friends the stars.

I find myself hanging
here for dear life as
i try to climb this
tree of life only to
find the tree is so
slippery.
I must put an anchor
into pulling myself
up to the next cycle
of life.
To look out and see
all that i could
accomplish if i would
just focus and take
one step at a time
until all my dreams
are met and i have
reached the finally
limb to free my dreams
into existence.

I hear in the distance
You ask me what
can i do for you
and you mean it too.
All the nurses and
PCT try to make me
feel better every
step of the day.
Trying to make the
person i was before
this procedure.
It makes me feel
all the RN and PCT
really care for
their patient and
mean everything they
do to make you better.
They want you to
know the staff is
there for you.
All you need to do
is ask them for
what you need and
they will try to
fill your order.

My big girl
how you have
grown before
my eyes into
a beautiful
young lady.
You have
figured out
your life
that lays
before you.
You have made
plans to set
your life
in motion for
all to be in
unison.
You are a
encouragement
to your brother
and sister.
They see all
they can be
by what you
have planned &
accomplished.
I am proud of
you my young
women who is in
the world not
of the world.

I can not believe
all that i have
been through and
yet no weight has
been lifted yet.
GASP
GRAB
I guess this is
my life for there
is no more for me.
I gasp for my last
breathe as i reach
for your hand but
mine goes limp
and my time on earth
is done.
I bid you a farewell
and say hello to my
father in heaven.
For my time on earth
is done and i have
ran my course.

Life where is the
meaning?
Where is my existence?
Where do i belong?
Where is my place
in the circle of life?
Where shall i find it
and when?
For older i am now
how long must i wait?
Do i figure it out
as death bring me to
her bedside?
How then can i pass
it on to others?
I guess that is why
it is still a secret.

As my world falls
down around me and
my heart breaks
from the wait.
I gasp to take a
breathe but no air
do i receive.
Gasping for my life
receiving for my
foothold just
hoping to last
another hour
another day
another week
BEGGING
PLEADING
Lord just
a little longer.

The pretty colors
in the sky.
The twinkle i see
in my baby's eye
when where watching
the rain come down.
There is water all
around.
The clouds are full
of colors too: yellow
grey black and blue.
Water falling faster now
filling holes it seems
like every where.
Beauty all around me
now i take it in
and put it in my poetry
then all can see the
beauty that is within me.
I can share it now with
thee for all eternity.

Empty canvas just waiting
for you to decide what
needs to be there.
what design you want to
encourage from now on.
What is in the dark that
needs to be brought into
the light for all to see.
To shine the light to
eternity in order to
set my past free.
Now i can go to the tune
of life peacefully.
