with eyes wide shut
i see you clearly,
traipsing on a wisp
calling me.

i do,
i follow you
into a land of fairies
with song, and joy, and rainbows.

but its not real.
t’is not my world.
it's really only
imagination.

beautiful creature
winged, light,
a sightly delight
opened my eyes.

in the midst
of the darkest night
with eyes closed wide
i now can see……

and be
me.

Bright full moon shining in the night,
Giving me light. Such a delight !
Talk to me, tell me and make me see,
That he is thinking only of me.

Beautiful object in the night sky,
Lighten the darkness with
A luminescence smile.
In the quiet of the night, I shout.

Calm and still, but quiet, no!
My heart is shouting for mine own.
Look at this wondrous planet, and see,
And feel my love – so bountiful and free.
So large, as is the silence of the moon for me.

it hit me like a thunderbolt,
a bang out of the blue.
i really wasn't expecting it
but accepted it without ado.

she is a beautiful woman,
with a smile you can't describe.
and a heart that's eighteen carat,
which pours out to me, so bright.

she tells me she is smitten,
with me ! would you believe?
i'm easy, simple really.
but i accept it, unlike a thief.

we are now in e-romancing,
because distance is a pain.
our hearts' are locked 'n bolted
and no, there is no shame.

she calls me 'darling handsome'
and i reciprocate.
i call her 'beautiful woman'
and now plan on a date.

well, distance is a problem,
a real physical pain.
but if you love somebody,
you find the way - and gain.

tell someone that you love them
as long as it's the truth.
for knowing there's a soulmate
makes life worthy and uncouth.

yes, it hit me like a thunderbolt
and am happy it did do.
for she's a lovely woman
And i love her, WOW. I do !

Hey ! I watched the moon today in all its majestic beauty.
A pure white light, its background - the night,
left me transfixed in sight.

But surely this beauty, of a daily phenomenum,
is lacking in lustre, compared to a smile.

Smile, smile, oh beautiful woman,
and bring me joy through these, mine eyes.
For what is the point of being,
If not able to bask in the warmth of your smile?

Dear moon,
be happy you're outshone, by the inner beauty of this being.
Stay bright, and light and happy for me tonight,
And show me the way,
to my delight !
