celticeyes1: Try 70 euro for the train from Dublin and then a hotel 150 quid down and no drink even got Cork better be worth it
Yikes...might have to take the coward pants off and rethink the driving thing.Well it's not the driving I mind it is bad weather and driving conditions that bother me :( 32 euro for bus from Ballyshannon to Dublin then 70 for the train. Ryanair flights are actually pretty cheap but the only return flight leaves around 7am.

Yeah but you could end up flying into Galway
Why not get a bus to Dublin from Ballyshannon and then a bus to Cork from Dublin? Its got to be cheaper than the train.

The Donegalmobile will be leaving Donegal on Friday morning, returning Sunday afternoon. Stops can be made en route for a maximum of 3 passengers. All interested parties can contact me via CS mail
Oh, and I even have a spare bed if anyone (female) still hasn't booked anywhere

I actually did fly to Cork with Ryanwhere before and they were grand apart from the fact that they were selling everything, I was expecting them to trot a live chicken up the aisle at one stage and try to flog it! Then again I did hear squawking coming from the back at one stage but sure that might have been Roy Keane crying about something Sorry Cork people, please dont lynch me on Saturday
