Any of the hotels that are in the city center are within walking distance of SoHo, any time I have stayed in Cork (Before I lived here) I stayed in Jury's Inn, which is about 15 min walk away from SoHo, and comes in at around 80 - 100 euro for a Saturday night.

I reckon that most folk outside of Cark would be keen for you to make enquiries... a group deal would suit most I reckon.

With all due respect, especially to Del, the sign up numbers never equate to the final figure who show up. It'll only really sort itself out with a week to go....

Yeah might be easier to just put telephone numbers for a list of hotels up and let people sort out their own accommodation. Sometimes something comes up at the last minute and people can't go.
Killarneyman, I'm not trying to step on your toes here but since this meet is a week before halloween, I wonder how everyone would feel about having fancy dress optional?
People could dress up if they want or not if they don't want to bother.

I reckon though if anyone booked a place then they're more than likely gonna show...
dont restrict yourselves to just the city hotels, there's plenty hotels on the outskirts of cork like travel lodges, ibis hotels etc that do very cheap room rates nd they are all within a 5min cab ride from the city center (some even do complimentary shutle service) seen rooms advertised for a lil as €45 for a double.
the ibis might be particular appealing as its located at the dunkettle interchange for those traveling via the M8 or M25 motorways, its just a thought
