In response to: We will be having a Cork get-together in the Bailey Bar at 8pm on 20 September 2013. There will be no cover charge.
We will have a separate bar to the main bar, and it will be a great opportunity for people to meet and mingle and enjoy themselves.
Come alone or with friends...all welcome!
There will be a DJ in the downstairs bar later on. Plus Salsa music & dancing upstairs from 11pm!

I'd say you're right. It'll be my first time going to one of the get-togethers on CS. I hope I won't chicken out, but I am a bit shy.
I was a selector with the bailey inter firm gaelic football team two years ago so I know a few of the lads there sound wouldnt be able for the salsa but should be a great night
We are doing a special offer on hair-washing the evening before - 2 for the price of 1, so no excuse

the last meet i went to we had a big sign up, and after all we had 18 people show, but what a quality meet it was...forum regulars can be counted on, if they say they will come then they will come, or give reasonable notice why they have to cancel...non forums, well, you just have to hope, unless you have been in private contact with them...
the evening has the potential for being a great night out...
im un-decided but really love cork as a city, if i turn up, it will be as a result of getting another friend onside with coming to the meet...
whatever happens with me and mine, do go yourself, it will be a gas, and ya never know, ya might meet a really nice fella there...
