I Love Bananas!!
I really do!
Fortunately, we have various types over here; small, medium, large 
green, yellow, red or even purple! Have you ever tried banana chips? They are really yummy
Here's one of my favourites...
My palm is already considered small so can you imagine how small this yummy banana is?
Even though this variety of banana is small but it's packed with flavour and is very sweet. I normally get my bananas from the farmer's market where the bananas are ripened without the aid of any harmful chemical. I woul try to steer clear from those imported ones in the supermarket.

I always eat them with a slice of cheese.
I used to have banana tress in my backyard. When the first banana is attacked by the birds, it's a sign that I can cut the whole bunch off from its tree. I'd then cut them into 'segments' and distributed them to my neighbours otherwise it would have taken me weeks to finish them!

I was in Pampanga last October for a week. You cannot imagine the amount of 'buko pandan' I had while I was there!!
I even joked to my Filipina friend, "If there's any competition in eating buko pandan, please sign me up!"
Maybe u can come on my 25th birthday next year, it was a big party coz its almost 5 years i didnt go home, we live near in the ocean and out house surrounded by a coconut tree..i can make u a lot of buko pandan. And u can try my foods for free...

Where exactly in the Philippines?
3 years ago, my first time to the Philippines, I was invited by a good Filipina friend to her resort, 'Buri', in Puerto Galera. Stayed for a week.
In Pampanga last year, another friend invited me to her resort, 'Armando's Wellness Resort' in Bulaon.
Had the best 'Daing Na Bangus' ( Milkfish ) there! Yummy!
