But before I did that I temporary tried another computer which had more ram in it but the problem remained the same.Then I found out that the coax was bad too going from my modem to my computer.
Sometimes even the modem can have issues.
Have you tried resetting your modem? Sometimes that will help too.
Just put it down to time of year extra load on the networks due to viber calls and video chats.
not to mention that this new site format is probably having teething problems.
is it just CS you notice it.
just run a spyscan and virus scan anyway, prevention is better than cure and all that stuff...

in general these two things can help a lot.
The Ccleaner does all the work for you (deleting temporary internet files etc). And also sometimes malware makes the PC slow. Then the Adwarecleaner will find the malware and erases it.
