Indictments-a-plenty with several surrendering this week in the election interference case in Fulton county Georgia. Donald Trump is expected to turn himself in to authorities for booking on Thursday. In Florida, we've got Trump out on bail, his valet Walt Nauta out on bail and recently the property manager Carlos DeOliveira out on bail.
It was stated that legal fees for both Walt and Carlos were being paid by Trump. Both men had difficulty securing an attorney licensed in the state of Florida. I believe there are some issues with conflict of interest with a shared attorney.
Enter Trump employee #4... Yuscil Taveras, who is the IT director at Mar-a-Lago and was the one who was approached to delete security camera footage that showed boxes of classified documents being moved out prior to the search and back after the search.
I believe he shared an attorney with Walt & Carlos. In news on Tuesday, prosecutors say Yuscil changed his testimony after switching lawyers. He now accuses Mr Trump and two aides of "efforts to delete security camera footage", says the filing.
By definition... I'd say he flipped.
Recap. He was asked to delete security video, but he didn't. He lied to investigators but changed his story and implicated the others in their scheme.
What's the possibility the court will be lenient to Yuscil and give him probation instead of jail time?
Walt is in too deep... maybe there's hope for Carlos... that is if he switches lawyers and flips. I'm sure it's weighing heavily on his mind.
It's happened again. This time on a flight from Philadelphia to Miami, 22 year old passenger Maxwell Berry (allegedly) groped 2 female flight attendants and assaulted a male flight attendant.
What's to be done? Duct tape to the rescue.
Berry faces 3 counts of misdemeanor battery.
Alcohol was involved.
Misdemeanor? I think they were easy on him.
Effectively and without too much fanfare, Biden is helping getting it done.

Biden signs four bills aimed at helping veterans
Tue, November 30, 2021, 12:09 PM
President Biden on Tuesday signed four bipartisan bills that are aimed at helping veterans and military families by addressing disparities in benefits, creating recruiting programs, reducing education costs for surviving families and by addressing the maternal health crisis among veterans.
"We have many obligations but we only have one truly sacred obligation, mind you, and that is prepare those we send into harms way, care for their families when they're gone and care for them and their families when they're home. That's a lifetime commitment, a lifetime commitment the nation owes to every one of our veterans," Biden said at the White House.
The president remarked that the full room of senators and House members that joined him for the bill signings made it seem there was a quorum present and that he missed having quorums from his time as a senator. Vice President Harris and Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Denis McDonough also attended.
A bill spearheaded by Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) will require the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to conduct a study to assess whether there are disparities associated with race and ethnicity in the veteran benefits system.
Biden congratulated Warnock and called him a "moral leader in the U.S. Senate since he got here."
"The weapons of war and the nature of injuries they inflict don't differentiate based on race and the types of disabilities our veterans carry with them don't differentiate based on race, so the claims approved and the benefits delivered should not differentiate either," Biden said about the legislation.
Warnock; Sens. Jon Tester (D-Mont.), Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), Patty Murray (D-Wash.) and Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.); and Rep. Mark Takano (D-Calif.) joined the president for the signing.
"Hey big John, you're going to be here all afternoon," Biden quipped to Tester, who is the chairman of the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
A second bill, the Hire Veteran Health Heroes Act, directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to create a program to recruit military medical personnel who have less than a year left in their service to work in federal health care occupations.
"This new program will build upon existing efforts to create a pipeline for former military health professionals. For both our veterans, our military medical personnel, service isn't just what they do, its who they are," the president said.
Tester, Moran, Takano and Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.) joined for the signing.
The Colonel John M. McHugh Tuition Fairness for Survivors Act aims to help reduce the out-of-pocket education costs for surviving spouses and children of members of the military.
Kelly McHugh Stuart, the daughter of McHugh who advocated for the legislation, was on stage with the president for the signing along with Tester, Moran, Hassan, Takano and Rep. David Trone (D-Md.).
"Part of keeping our commitment to them means helping survivors get the education they need and to fulfill their need," Biden said about the legislation.
Lastly, the Pr
otecting Moms Who Served Act, spearheaded by Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-Ill.), will commission the first-ever comprehensive study on the scope of the U.S. maternal health crisis among veterans with a focus on the effects of racial and ethnic disparities on maternal health outcomes.
Duckworth, Tester, Moran, Takano, Sens. Chris Coons (D-Del.), Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), and others joined for the signing. The bill was also a favorite project of Harris's when she was a senator and Biden said Harris has led the fight to address maternal mortality in the U.S.

Stephen Miller has joined the White House Covid parade - I cry crocodile tears for this hateful bigot
The Black Lives Matter leader who threatened “bloodshed” if there wasn’t police reform in New York City stormed out of an interview with Fox News’ Dan Bongino Saturday night after being called a “coward” for refusing to condemn riots.
New York BLM co-founder Hawk Newsome clashed with the conservative commentator during a heated exchange about rioting and vandalism in the Big Apple linked to his group in the wake of police use-of-force incidents.
Bongino, who is a former NYPD cop, asked the BLM leader if he condemned the “riots and burning down buildings” that have taken place after police-involved incidents, which escalated in New York last year.
“No. What I’ll say is, I understand when a police officer unjustifiably kills someone, why people lash out. I understand that completely,” Newsome said, adding: “I’m not going to condemn, nor am I going to condone it.”
Bongino hit back accusing him of being “cowardly” and not being able to answer questions when put on the spot — despite talking a “lot of junk.”
“Do you condone violence or you condemn violence? You’re all over the place. Just condemn violence and burning of buildings down. How hard is it?” the Fox host said.
After complaining that Bongino wasn’t giving him a chance to answer, Newsome compared BLM protests to the response from US authorities after 9/11.
“OK, so when Osama bin Laden attacked the World Trade Center, did you say America should deal with it peacefully?” Newsome said, prompting Bongino to argue the terrorist attacks had nothing to do with rioting in NYC.
Newsome responded: “OK, I’ll give you this. I don’t condone it, I don’t promote it, but I will not condemn it.”
He then cut the interview short, telling Bongino: “You’re trying to bait me.”
The fiery exchange came in the wake of Newsome’s comments last week in which he vowed there’ll be “riots,” “fire” and “bloodshed” if Mayor-elect Eric Adams follows through with his promise to bring back plainclothes anti-crime cops to battle the surge in violent crimes.
“If they think they are going back to the old ways of policing then we’re going to take to the streets again,” Newsome had said. “There will be riots. There will be fire, and there will be bloodshed.”
Brian Butler, aka Trump Employee 5, is a central witness in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents investigation/indictment. Butler, was employed at Mar-a-Lago for 20 years, originally had an attorney provided by Trump, has his own attorney now and changed his story. He has spoken repeatedly with investigators as he unknowingly helped Walt Nauta deliver boxes of classified information from Mar-a-Lago to the former president’s plane in June 2022, headed to Trump's residence in Bedminster Country Club.
In and exclusive interview by Kaitlan Collins of CNN, Brian spoke out about the case and his involvement, stating he doesn’t believe the criminal case against Trump is a “witch hunt,” as the former president has claimed.
Interview here:
It's important to know, Trump's attorney had arranged a meeting with the FBI and that the search was no secret, different to Trump's claim. Also noted, Trump as former president has secret service when he travels and due to the level of top security, both local police and the governor of Florida were also informed of the search.
Amazing how brazen and delusional the right has gotten in recent years.
Today in CNN;
13 charged in plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer
By Christina Carrega, Veronica Stracqualursi and Josh Campbell, CNN
Washington (CNN)Thirteen people were charged Thursday in an alleged domestic terrorism plot to kidnap Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, federal and state officials announced.
The alleged scheme included plans to overthrow several state governments that the suspects "believe are violating the US Constitution," including the government of Michigan and Whitmer, according to a federal criminal complaint.
Six people were charged federally with conspiracy to kidnap, and seven other people, associated with the militia group "Wolverine Watchmen," were charged by the state, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced.
"The individuals in (state) custody are suspected to have attempted to identify the home addresses of law enforcement officers in order to target them, made threats of violence intended to instigate a civil war, and engaged in planning and training for an operation to attack the capitol building of Michigan and to kidnap government officials, including the governor of Michigan," Nessel said at a press conference.
The arrests are likely to draw additional attention to the political tensions roiling the nation in the closing weeks of the 2020 election season, and underline warnings from law enforcement officials, members of Congress and groups that track extremism about the increasing threat of extremist and far-right groups. Whitmer at times has been the focus of extreme vitriol from far-right groups over her handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
In an interview on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront" on Thursday night, Whitmer thanked law enforcement for making the arrests.
"This is unlike anything we have seen before. The brave men and women of these two police organizations put their lives on the line to keep me and my family safe," she said. "I'm incredibly grateful and humbled by the work they do."
In televised remarks Thursday afternoon, Whitmer said she "knew this job would be hard, but I'll be honest, I never could've imagined anything like this." She specifically blamed President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly declined to condemn far-right groups.
"Just last week, the President of the United States stood before the American people and refused to condemn white supremacists and hate groups like these two Michigan militia groups," she said. "'Stand back and stand by,' he told them. 'Stand back and stand by.' Hate groups heard the President's words not as a rebuke, but as a rallying cry, as a call to action. When our leaders speak, their words matter. They carry weight."
In response, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said Whitmer is "sowing division."
"President Trump has continually condemned white supremacists and all forms of hate," McEnany said in a statement to CNN. "Governor Whitmer is sowing division by making these outlandish allegations. America stands united against hate and in support of our federal law enforcement who stopped this plot."
The six charged by the federal government are Michigan residents Adam Fox, 37, Ty Garbin, 24, Kaleb Franks, 26, Daniel Harris, 23, Brandon Caserta, 32, and Delaware resident Barry Croft, 44.
The seven people charged by the state are Paul Bellar, 21, Shawn Fix, 38, Eric Molitor, 36, Michael Null, 38, William Null, 38, Pete Musico, 42, Joseph Morrison, 42. They face a variety of firearm and terror charges.
The FBI became aware of the scheme, first reported by The Detroit News, in early 2020 through a social media group of individuals.
Here are 128k emails from the Biden Laptop, which is a modern Rosetta Stone of white and blue collar crime under the patina of “the Delaware Way.” Prior to the discovery of the Rosetta Stone, a number of ancient languages were mere gibberish and hash marks. Similarly, the emails on the Biden Laptop illuminated previously convoluted webs of the people you see leading the charge for global governance; truly, the emails can be considered a translation tool for Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) gathering.

As you know, years ago, Trump had issues with social media having been banned from Twitter and Facebook. He couldn't comply with their terms of use and complained when his posts were deleted. To him (and others that followed him) it was censorship.
It was then I blogged and stated, if he cannot comply with their rules, he should form his own social media group.
After months of preparation, programming delays and other legal matters that had to be completed, he released a new social media platform called TRUTH. Millions flocked to it on it's initial release... only if you had an iPhone as it didn't support other operating systems. What the user got was a Twitter clone direct to the mouth of Trump. Not a good start. Like any new venture, it had issues with financing and programming glitches where it was reportedly on the verge of collapse. What could go wrong?
Well... Elon Muck decided to buy Twitter and that was a roller coaster ride long before the start. Many of the profiles were bots and not real members. That was one issue of many. His talk about reinstating Trump's account had conservatives in 'happy mode' like the good old days. It appeared his firing greater than half of his staff, losing his advertisers had already put a knife to his neck and a gun aimed at his feet. I'm thinking financial suicide. How could someone with so much business savvy make so many mistakes?
Now, there's talk that Twitter is reinstating Trump's profile. Elon did a poll asking members if they wanted Trump back and more than 50% said yes. Not overwhelming... probably because many who would have voted no had already abandoned Twitter.
Can 'one' serve two masters?
If Trumps account with Twitter gets restored, there's a really good chance he would abandon TRUTH giving it a 'kiss of death' and that would be the truth about TRUTH.
