how bless are you today?

if you are reading this blog it mean u are very bless.

just last week a young woman went to her bed with the intention of waking up the next day only to find herself in a endless, timeless sleep.

just tuesday march 8 a very young pregnant woman woke up and told boyfriend she wasnt feeling well, he took her to the doctor where she fainted , doctor rush her to the hospital in her own car they tried all they could but she died with a 8months baby in her stomach .

now the young pregnant woman was the niece of a very close friend of mine the other woman i known her briefly.

now i am just putting this story here for who may read we all need to look in ourselves and be the best we can be, do the best we can not for ourselves alone but for others .

life is like a penny , we can spend it on anything but we only get to spend it once .

some may read and think " what does this have to do with me ? or i dont care about these things, or even have some very rude sarcastic comments .

BUT it can happen to our sister, mother, cousin, sister in- law, brother, brother in-law or even to our dearest friend , our neighbour, if not ourself..

never wake up each day thinking we are untouchable or that we doing it all by ourselves because we are strong or we are eating healthy and exercising or even because we are not sick , our lives can change in less than a heartbeat.

Submit Yourself to God - Final

He wants us to be His friends, who do His will not just because we have to, but because we want to, because we love Him. In fact, He not only wants us to be His friends, but His beloved, His Bride. “That we should be married to Him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.”10

He wants a Bride who can bear everlasting children for the eternal kingdom of God. “For herein is My Father glorified,” Jesus said, “that ye bear much fruit.”11

Give God a chance

The Lord knows that the more yielded and obedient we are to Him, the more He can then use us, and the happier we will be and the greater blessing we’ll be to others. He’s more willing to use, empower, anoint, and pour His blessings out upon us than we are to receive them.

The whole experience of our existence in this life is like a schooling to teach us what we need to know about the Lord and salvation and about service to the Lord and others, submission and obedience to Him and keeping His loving rules and His Law of Love. The Lord “loves a cheerful giver,”12 and He never forces anyone to do His will. In fact, if we won’t do His will for love, because we love Jesus, He’d just as soon get somebody else who will. He wants volunteers who freely and willingly submit to Him and His slightest bidding.

It reminds me of what an unknown Sunday school teacher said to a lowly teenage shoe salesman that he had led to the Lord in Boston. He said, “Dwight L. Moody, there is no limit to what God can do with a man who is yielded and willing to do His will.” Moody looked him in the eye and replied, “By the grace of God, I am determined to be that man.” And he was!

A short while later he moved to Chicago, where he began preaching the Gospel and witnessing to others, and was soon so thrilled to be able to lead other folks to Jesus that he quit the shoe business and began serving the Lord full-time. He went on to become one of the world’s greatest evangelists, with tens of thousands of eternal souls won as a result.

What a sad loss it would have been not only to him, but to the millions who heard the gospel through his ministry, if Moody hadn’t determined to commit his will to the Lord. “But,” you may argue, “I could never do anything great for the Lord like Moody did. I’m no flaming evangelist or outstanding soul winner.”

Neither was Moody to begin with. He was just a poor farm boy and a below-average student who became bored with life on the farm and moved to the big city. After several weeks in the city, he set a new goal for himself—to become a big businessman and to make $100,000. Giving his life to God’s service was the last thing on his mind.

In fact, when Moody was first saved, he was so completely ignorant of God’s Word and truth that when he went before a church committee to see if they would accept him, he was refused membership. His Sunday school teacher later wrote of him: “I can truly say (and in saying it I magnify the infinite grace of God as bestowed upon Mr. Moody), that I have seen few persons whose minds were spiritually darker when he came into my Sunday school class, or one who seemed more unlikely ever to become a Christian of clear, decided views of Gospel truth, still less to fill any sphere of extended public usefulness.”

So present your life on His altar today, ask Him to take and use you for His glory, and He will—as much as you will let Him. You are His child, and He loves you and will always do His best for you to make you useful and happy in His loving service for others, so that you may bring them the same life and happiness that you have found in Jesus. He never fails!

Submit Yourself to God (Part 1)

Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD. Obadiah 1:4 KJV

By David Berg Nov 17, 2014

God has a very special place for each of us in His kingdom, and He has a special job, a unique mission for you which only you can fulfill. But there’s only one way that you will be able to find His will for your life—much less be able to fulfill it—and that is to be truly yielded to Him. Only then will you be able to let your dust become diamonds that show the beauty of God, bringing the Lord’s wonderful life, love, and light to as many folks as you can.

People have got to see Jesus coming through you. But if your witnessing is too full of you, they’ll just go on and figure that what you’re saying is a waste of time. This is why He tells us that it’s “not by (your) might, nor by (your) power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord. For we have this treasure (the Lord’s Spirit and His love) in earthen (fleshly) vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”1

Jesus even said of our work for Him, “My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”2 So we don’t ever have to worry about carrying too much or pulling too big a load. We just need to learn to submit ourselves to Jesus and let His Spirit work through us. As we “cast our cares upon Him and abide in Him,” we “can do all things through Christ.” Hallelujah!3

Jesus says, “Abide in Me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can ye, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.”4

“Not My will, but Thine be done”

To find the will of God in our lives, we have to be yielded to the Lord. Jesus gave us the best example of yieldedness when He knelt down in the Garden of Gethsemane and prayed, “Not my will, but thine be done.”5 Submission is the first step.

God’s Word says, “I beseech you, brethren, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove”—or know—“what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.”6 The first requirement in finding God’s will is placing your mind, body, and will on God’s altar. As someone has said, “The major part of knowing the will of God is to be prepared to do it before you even know what it is!”

If you’re a Christian, if you’re saved and have Jesus in your heart, you are not your own. Jesus bought and paid for you and your salvation with His own blood. “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.”7 You don’t just belong to yourself, you belong to the Lord. “Know ye not that ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”8

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10 KJV

Although He bought and paid for us with His own blood, Jesus didn’t buy us just to make us His slaves, His servants who have to do what He commands. He said, “I have not called you servants, but friends.”9

Smash That Idol (Part 1)

Embedded image from another site

A compilation Jan 27, 2015

You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them.—Exodus 20:4–51

*

Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.—1 John 5:212

*

When we hear the word “idol” we often think of statues and objects reminiscent of those worshipped by pagans in ancient cultures. However, the idols of the 21st century often bear no resemblance to the artifacts used thousands of years ago. Today, we have replaced the “golden calf” with an insatiable drive to reach the top of the corporate ladder or with a myriad of other passionate pursuits. And, sadly, those who aggressively pursue goals and dreams, altogether excluding God, are often admired for their individualism and drive. In the end, however, it doesn’t matter what empty pleasure we chase after or to what or whom we bow down, the result is the same—separation from the one true God.

Understanding contemporary idols can help us to understand why they prove to be such a powerful temptation. An idol can be anything we place ahead of God in our lives, anything that tugs at our heart more than God does, such as possessions, careers, relationships, hobbies, sports, entertainment, goals, greed, addictions to alcohol/drugs/gambling/pornography, etc. Many of these things we idolize can be very good, such as relationships or careers. Yet Scripture tells us that whatever we do, we are to “do it all for the glory of God,”3 and that we are to serve God only.4 Unfortunately, God is often nowhere to be found as we zealously pursue our idols. Worse yet, the significant amount of time we often spend in these idolatrous pursuits leaves us with little or no time to spend with the Lord.

… The joys of this world for which we too often seek will never satisfy the human heart. As Solomon beautifully conveys in the book of Ecclesiastes, apart from a right relationship with God, life is futile. We were created in God’s image5 and designed to worship and glorify Him, as He alone is worthy of our worship. God has placed “eternity in man’s heart,”6 and a relationship with Jesus Christ is the only way to fulfill this longing for eternal life.—S. Michael Houdmann7

*

How many have found it easy to have your idols smashed? If you have, you’re unusual! For most people, it’s pretty hard to take. We are tempted to say, “Now listen, Lord, can’t we just keep this little idol here? I worshipped this idol for many years and it was very dear to me and I thought it was great. Now that I’ve found out it isn’t great, can’t I just keep it in one little back corner of the house someplace? After all, I spent a lot of money on it and it took a lot of my time. If it’s not good for much else, if it’s not useful and I can’t worship it anymore, can’t I at least just keep it around someplace?”

Don’t you find this true with a lot of things? Don’t you find this true in your own heart? “Lord, why do I have to give this up? It’s not so bad—and it used to be pretty good. I used to think it was great. It may not be useful, but at least maybe it’s harmless! Can’t I just at least keep it back in the corner someplace?”

Then, wham! Just like that, God comes along and smashes that idol. “I will have no other gods before me.”8 Nothing short of right is right. And when you find out that it isn’t just right and that idol gets smashed, it hurts. It’s not easy to take. (Continued - Final)

Written in Heaven - Final

Embedded image from another site

“Few men are willing to brave the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential vital quality for those who seek to change a world which yields most painfully to change.”–Robert F. Kennedy

“Rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” What does Jesus mean by that? The concept or image of people’s names being written in heaven, written in a book of life—this is not unique to this passage in Luke. It’s all over the Bible. Let’s look at a few examples.

In Exodus 32, Moses intercedes for the people of Israel, asking the Lord to forgive their sin, and then adding, “But if not, please blot me out of your book that you have written.” In Psalm 69, the psalmist talks about the righteous being enrolled in “the book of the living.” In Daniel 12, there is the prophecy that God’s people would be delivered, that is, “everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.” Then in the New Testament, in Philippians 4, Paul mentions the names of several individuals who have worked with him in the cause of the gospel—Euodia, Syntyche, Clement—“whose names,” Paul adds, “are in the book of life.”

Finally, when we come to Revelation, we see this “book of life” and “names written in heaven” business all over the place. In Revelation 3, Jesus’ promise to the Christian who overcomes is that “I will never blot his name out of the book of life.”… In chapter 20, at the final judgment, anyone whose name is “not found written in the book of life” is thrown into the lake of fire. To be sure, it will be a fearful thing if your name is not written in that book. But for those whose names are found written in that book, the outcome will be quite different, and much better. In Revelation 21, we read about the New Jerusalem, the heavenly city, and those who will be able to enter there are “those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”

“The Lamb’s book of life.” “Names written in heaven.” This is where our great joy is to be found. In Christ, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. “Rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” This is not something that you did. This is something God did. He did this for you, by his grace, as a gift. Your names are written in heaven, dear friends, written there with the blood of Christ. This is how you get in that book. Christ Jesus, the Lamb of God, the Lamb who was slain, was slain as the sacrifice for your sin. His blood cleanses you from all your sin.

So this is what Christ is on the way to doing, as he heads to Jerusalem on his Lenten journey. His name, “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews”—his name would be written on a plaque nailed to a cross, so that your name would be written in heaven, in the Lamb’s book of life.—Charles Henrickson

Always do what the Spirit leads you to do at the time -- you may never have another chance.

We're in a battle, and when there's a sudden opportunity to take advantage of a breakthrough, an open door in a certain direction where God is leading, we have to seize the opportunity quickly, even if it means some serious sacrifices on our part. -- If God says "Go!" and it's His Will, you'd better go, no matter what, and He'll take care of you! Don't look at the waves! Keep your eyes on Jesus! -- When God says "Now! Right now!" you'd better obey Him in that split second of that golden opportunity! -- And if you miss God's timetable, you'll get left behind and things will never be the same again! God bless you with His best and highest!

Written in Heaven (Part 1)

Embedded image from another site

A compilation FEBRUARY 9, 2016

The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.—Revelation 3:51

*

The wonderful thing about the Christian message is that because salvation is a gift of God, it is possible for us to know that our name is written in the book. On one occasion, Jesus spoke to a group of his disciples on their return from a mission:

The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!” And he said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”—Luke 10:17–202

Jesus saw the danger of them placing their confidence (rejoicing) in the abilities he had given them, so he told them that their confidence should not be in what they could do, but rather in the knowledge that their names were written in heaven.

And how could they know that? Only by trusting in Jesus’ word. Here, once more, is the crucial issue. We humans have a tendency to put our trust in anything other than God: our deeds, our merits, or even our spiritual gifts, as in this case. Like Abraham, we have to learn to trust what God says. Everything will ultimately depend on it—including our quality of life and works. God is deeply interested in our works, but the secret of being able to do them does not lie in those works themselves but in placing our trust in God. I repeat, salvation is from God—it is his gift apart from any merit we have. And God has given us the wonderful capacity and freedom to receive the gift of salvation by faith.—John Lennox

*

“Rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” Jesus spoke these words in Luke 10:20. He had sent out seventy people on a short-term mission trip within Israel. They went to the cities that He was about to go to. Their mission was simple. They were to announce that the kingdom of God had come near. Jesus delegated to them the ability to heal the sick and to cast out demons in His name.

Luke tells us that the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in Your name!” Jesus then affirmed their zeal and said, “I watched Satan fall from heaven like a lightning flash,” and Jesus again asserted what His authority could do!

Jesus affirmed their excitement about being used successfully of God! But then He quickly added, “However, don’t rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

*

Jesus told His disciples to “rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.”3 And Paul, addressing some of his brethren, spoke of them as “my fellow laborers, whose names are in the book of life.”4 Then in John’s description of heaven, he says, “And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”5 All of which seem to indicate that the book of life is the ledger of the saved of all ages.—David Brandt Berg

Becoming a Christian Case Maker (Part 2)

Embedded image from another site

"... whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world; by which book is meant God's predestination of men to eternal life, or his decree of election; why this is called the "book of life" (Revelations 17:8b KJV)
**
One very outstanding and undeniably unique aspect of Jesus’ life is that literally hundreds of detailed predictions and prophecies were made by ancient prophets and seers, many centuries before He was born, including specific details regarding His birth, life, and death.

In the Old Testament, over 300 such predictions about the “Messiah” or “Savior” can be found. The discovery of hundreds of ancient Old Testament manuscripts by archaeologists during this century has proven without a doubt that these prophecies were indeed written before this man called Jesus was born.

In 750 B.C., for example, the prophet Isaiah made the astounding prediction that:

“The Lord Himself shall give you a sign; behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Emmanuel.”3

Seven and a half centuries later, a young virgin girl in Israel named Mary was visited by the angel Gabriel, who announced to her that she would bear a son who would be called Emmanuel, which means “God with us.” The books of the Bible which were written after Jesus came to Earth, the New Testament, tell us that, “Mary said to the angel, ‘How can this be, seeing I have not lain with any man?’ And the angel answered, ‘The Spirit of God shall come upon you, and the power of the Almighty shall overshadow you! Therefore that Holy One which shall be born of you shall be called the Son of God.’”4

So even the very beginning of His life on Earth—His conception and birth—were not only unique, but miraculous! In fact, the Bible tells us that the news of her pregnancy was so shocking to the young man to whom she was engaged to be married, Joseph, that when he learned about it he promptly decided to break off the engagement and call off the wedding.—Until the angel of the Lord appeared to him also, and instructed him to stay with her and rear and protect the very special child that she was carrying.

A full 800 years before Jesus was born, the prophet Micah foretold the exact village where the Messiah would be born:

“You, Bethlehem, though you are small among the clans of Judah, yet out of you shall He come forth unto Me who is to be ruler over Israel; whose goings forth have been of old, from days of eternity.”5

Although His earthly parents lived in the town of Nazareth, 100 miles to the north of Bethlehem, a decree from Rome demanded that all families return to their ancestral homes to register for a worldwide census. The decree came just as Mary’s child was due to be born. Thus God used a Roman emperor, Caesar Augustus, to help bring about the fulfillment of Micah’s prophecy. Joseph and Mary journeyed to Bethlehem, and upon their arrival, Mary went into labor, and as the Gospels inform us, “Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea,”6 just as the prophet Micah predicted.

Another outstanding prophecy regarding the circumstances surrounding the Messiah’s death was made by Israel’s King David around the year 1000 B.C., or over 10 centuries before Jesus was born. In his prophecy, David gave details of a cruel and agonizing death which he himself never suffered:

“I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax, it has melted within me ... Like a pack of dogs, they have surrounded me; a company of evildoers has encircled me. They have pierced my hands and my feet. They divide my clothing among them and cast lots for my garment.”7

Scaring spirits

When I close my eyes to go to sleep I allow the visions to come as a way of relaxing me before I drift off to sleep. Often the images my mind conjures up are pretty dull. However some are very interesting and I just watch and try to figure out what the heck they are.

I see colors too. Colors of an intensity and mix I have no words for. I can maybe direct or influence the shape of the pictures but I drop off to sleep a lot quicker if I just relax and let them flow.

Sometimes there are people like things watching me in my mind. They change appearance and morph, but they have faces, most of the time, but those change too. Gosh I wish I had enough artistic ability to put some of what I have seen on paper. When I was 2 or 3 I used to be able to talk to the live things, but I lost the ability to hear them somewhere around age 5.

I see worlds with 3 suns, worlds where the lines are neither curved nor straight. There are realms where steel is as soft as an over ripe banana and the worms can fly because there they eat the air and not the soil. The bird becomes a tree when it lands, but then it becomes a fritvil and splashes away. Many of the people things I sense are male, but some radiate they are female. Some, I am not sure and I don't think it is important to them. I walked on suns and he light there is so bright it hurts to look at it.

Knowledge flows in that realm like the letters from the books flowed up Willow's arm when she turned dark. Sometimes when I loiter near the things with faces I learn things. An exception to Ohm's law, branes have doorways. Cracks in the wall too. Did you know there is a realm where Oswald missed? What a sad place. I was shown the first few nuclear blasts that swept the lands there only a year later. Sure some folks lived, but it is cold there and winter most of the time and the children are strange when they live. There are two races of ETs that come here. The ones Hollywood calls the Greys and another group best called little furries. They are both from other whens but not of the same origin. They fight sometimes too but without moving. They try to shift each other's existence probabilities. Did you know gravity can be changed?

Yesterday I was on a street, maybe somewhere in Europe in the 1800s, but I am not sure. I saw one of the people things coming. She looked at me so scornfully. They have a low opinion of those humans who dream into their realm, or perhaps they poach into our minds. Either way the don't believe we can see them. When we are awake they are correct. This one changed as I looked at her. She went from a gold outfit to a red one similar to the one in CH's blog, then to something blue, but then she changed shape too as she walked. Not quite really asleep yet I decided to have some fun and tried something. In the real world as she looked at me in the dream world, I picked up my arm and waved at her and softly said, Hi how are you doing tonight?

LoL, you never saw such shock on a face before. She just froze wide eyed staring at me, then walked backwards away from me. Then she turned and hurried away down an alley that opened up for her. At the end of the alley she looked at me again with an expression of worry and I waved again. She ran off no doubt to alert the others at least one of us can see them.

I don't think they will believe her but I shifted to a rocky world where I would be alone anyway, then I went to sleep.

Where do you go when you sleep?
