Scaring spirits

When I close my eyes to go to sleep I allow the visions to come as a way of relaxing me before I drift off to sleep. Often the images my mind conjures up are pretty dull. However some are very interesting and I just watch and try to figure out what the heck they are.

I see colors too. Colors of an intensity and mix I have no words for. I can maybe direct or influence the shape of the pictures but I drop off to sleep a lot quicker if I just relax and let them flow.

Sometimes there are people like things watching me in my mind. They change appearance and morph, but they have faces, most of the time, but those change too. Gosh I wish I had enough artistic ability to put some of what I have seen on paper. When I was 2 or 3 I used to be able to talk to the live things, but I lost the ability to hear them somewhere around age 5.

I see worlds with 3 suns, worlds where the lines are neither curved nor straight. There are realms where steel is as soft as an over ripe banana and the worms can fly because there they eat the air and not the soil. The bird becomes a tree when it lands, but then it becomes a fritvil and splashes away. Many of the people things I sense are male, but some radiate they are female. Some, I am not sure and I don't think it is important to them. I walked on suns and he light there is so bright it hurts to look at it.

Knowledge flows in that realm like the letters from the books flowed up Willow's arm when she turned dark. Sometimes when I loiter near the things with faces I learn things. An exception to Ohm's law, branes have doorways. Cracks in the wall too. Did you know there is a realm where Oswald missed? What a sad place. I was shown the first few nuclear blasts that swept the lands there only a year later. Sure some folks lived, but it is cold there and winter most of the time and the children are strange when they live. There are two races of ETs that come here. The ones Hollywood calls the Greys and another group best called little furries. They are both from other whens but not of the same origin. They fight sometimes too but without moving. They try to shift each other's existence probabilities. Did you know gravity can be changed?

Yesterday I was on a street, maybe somewhere in Europe in the 1800s, but I am not sure. I saw one of the people things coming. She looked at me so scornfully. They have a low opinion of those humans who dream into their realm, or perhaps they poach into our minds. Either way the don't believe we can see them. When we are awake they are correct. This one changed as I looked at her. She went from a gold outfit to a red one similar to the one in CH's blog, then to something blue, but then she changed shape too as she walked. Not quite really asleep yet I decided to have some fun and tried something. In the real world as she looked at me in the dream world, I picked up my arm and waved at her and softly said, Hi how are you doing tonight?

LoL, you never saw such shock on a face before. She just froze wide eyed staring at me, then walked backwards away from me. Then she turned and hurried away down an alley that opened up for her. At the end of the alley she looked at me again with an expression of worry and I waved again. She ran off no doubt to alert the others at least one of us can see them.

I don't think they will believe her but I shifted to a rocky world where I would be alone anyway, then I went to sleep.

Where do you go when you sleep?

Ken,hug I go flying in my sleep. Funny thing is without any wings. Not even a broom. doh It's always to a place I have no idea of. Sometimes I land on my feet. Mostly I don't remember the full picture. grin
Interesting story Ken. I always enjoy such stories as most people tend to leave their body when asleep - and I´m one of those who travel on the astral plane.

When I am in the dreamstate I remember going to some far away places... sometimes in a parallel world.. sometimes in a future time...

I even wake up after a vivid dream..

And sometimes very tired as if I had been working all night - and I know I did, but somewhere else... not on this earth!
I do that too..I call it watching movies in my head. Only thing that frustrates me is soon as I consentrate too much on anything I see, it changes or everything just disappear.
I used to see vividly before i fell asleep until i was eight or nine. made it hard to fall sleep. i decided to rip the world apart with a sword, in my imagination. strangely, it worked.dunno
Depending on my how tired I am, I dream of all sorts, just before waking up, which can be a couple of times a night, depending on the intensity of the dream.

Dreams r very private, and not to be discussed on a public blog.
Who says? confused

It depends if they contain some personal messages in them or not. dunno
I'm responding to Ken's blog. Keep ur place.
Ken,

we all are very open up to 5 years old, then the brain washing start and sooner or later we are in a Box and have lost the ability to see tings around us,that in fact exist.

All these things you tell about are very familiar to me,so I know, that you are open for much more....I have meditate for more than 30 000 hours and it is the only way to find the truth about our Humans existence.

My Grandson got a good start, because our Family know the whole Human trend of brain washing and Box trend,so my Daughter took from beginning, special care to keep him open as much as possible and as he is 12 years old already,he can see all Spirits around him as also my Mothers Soul, that looks to still be around the Family....there are a lot of other thing in it too,but better to keep quite here, because People, that have no experience about it,make it in seconds as a need for crazy house.

People are allowed to make comments on other people's comments related to the topic are they not?dunno

@Ken. Your dream stories are very interesting. Thanks for sharing with us.
Sometimes my dreams seem to make a lot more sense then most tv shows.

I've had dreams where I'm taking trips down to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee and that I live in a log cabin home in the mountains and I'm surrounded by lots of earlier settlers of past era.
Ken

If I read your blog correctly, you are referring to your experience before you actually fall asleep, and not while you are asleep and dreaming.
According to the literature, this state is termed hypnagogia.

"Among the more commonly reported, and more thoroughly researched, sensory features of hypnagogia are phosphenes which can manifest as seemingly random speckles, lines or geometrical patterns, including form constants, or as figurative (representational) images. They may be monochromatic or richly colored, still or moving, flat or three-dimensional (offering an impression of perspective)..."

The above-quoted excerpt is taken from an article at:

A google search on "hypnagogia" will provide additional information from other sources.
Socrates...to give it a name makes it sound too much like some mental illness. laugh I is mostly pleasant and glad I can experience it.
Well I was wondering how many would confirm similar experiences and thus far most (including those here communicating off line) have. Hmm, I didn't use a sword. Instead I fed a dragon a couple of apple strudels and they were very good so he started hanging around at sleep time and I think that scared the other things away for years. Eventually, perhaps because I no longer lived near that bakery, the dragon stopped being there too. Yes everything has names. I am sure there is even a name for the tendency to wish to name everything. laugh

Yes, of course there is more. I absorb many things during the quiet introspection before sleep. I used to amaze my wife when I talked to the birds in our yard and woods because they would answer my whistles and come to the window to gossip. It scared her a little I think when after a few minutes of whistle conversing with the birds I told her some gossip about party in a neighbor's yard a few days earlier and a day later she learned the birds may have whistled truths that I understood. It is more than just the whistle noise of course. There is stance, and sub tones and warbles, and how the feathers ruffle and posture. Each has a meaning. We are hampered talking to the birds because we have no tail of feathers to display and of course almost a third of their verbs are hidden in feather posture and head movements. For a bird talking to most humans is like a human trying to discuss a football game with a guinea pig. After awhile without anything but gibberish and blank looks in reply they give up and fly away. But of course how much matters is variable.
you mean that place between sleep and awake ? many places even ones i never seen before sometimes. But whats weird about me when i want to sleep and get rid of this often i imagine my self in a bath tub holding my breath inside the water and listen to the bubbles of my breath and the sound of the water. Thats somehow in the weirdest way, soothing for me dunno
Yes, that place. I like it there. Sometimes I spend hours there (I think). There is much to ponder and absorb there. I also find I sleep better if I spend some time there just looking around and listening to whatever comes.

Now where Socrates giving it a high sounding name fits in with the woman thing that fled when she realized I could see her, I am not sure. dunno
Hello Kenwave,

The place between sleep and awake its really not my favorite place. I need to push my eyes to close, push myself to sleep or I would simply just awake, reading till I’m fall asleep. But what if its happened in the middle of sleeping ? We’re sleeping deeply and suddenly felt that we’re awake but not really awake ? I seems/feels something from other dimensions, other life, other activities or just something really annoying.

I was in deeply slept, when suddenly I felt a very big creature laying beside me and push me hard to the wall till I can’t breath, he wanted occupied my bed. Or just simply fall down above me that made me have to work hard to take breath, else just simply pull my hairs or my feet hard just to tell me he’s around. I need to work hard to made me awoken fully to treat and cursed him. That’s really not nice Ken, feel helpless because can’t take a breath.

She was and old woman with long hairs and wearing “kebaya” (traditional Javanese cloth for woman), and alone, walking here and there. That night in my deep slept, I seems abruptly awaken just to saw her. Sitting in my study chair, looking at me, her hairs seem has not combed for some times. She was just sitting there, and I was back aslept after said goodnight. In the morning before went work, I said “you can borrow my comb but put in the place after”.

They are just a kids, they’re sit in circle and seems so intent with what they’re doing. They never bother about my presence there. But its begun annoying when they start jump here and there and laughing loud………in my bed. Could you imagine laying while some kids also jumping repeatedly in the same bed full of a spring? I’m fond of kids, but this time I really need to scold them.

You may laughed of course Ken, its seems not to believe. But in life, we sometimes found something unbelievable too.
Ken,

To be there between sleep and wake is in fact a Higher level of Meditating and as you Ken tell about your self,I'm also for hours in that state, sometimes up to 5 hours and it is a trance like state....I do it every morning, more effectively and it is possible to develop it,so that you can ask questions in your mind about things you want to know and often a clear voice is giving the needed answers....all what is out there in the Universe is like a mirror inside our self too....in Maharishis teaching of meditation you start by chanting softly in your mind one word only, again and again, but when you develop, then it goes more and more to mindful situation and if you want it to develop more and in the direction of more positive experience, you have to direct it in the mind...you don't have to accept if there is something bad or something you don't believe in,you only make a decision, that you don't want something, that you want something better and it is going to move sooner or later in the direction you have decided.

I can close my eyes in the daytime and I'm immediately in a light state of it and sometimes it is so active by it self, that I can see with open eyes human faces in front of me, as many other things too....and when it is very heavy, then everything around you disappear and you could be moved even to your Past Lives.

Normal Humans see only a fractions about all,but there are much, much more to experience,if we aloud wings to our self and not accept to stay as a prisoner in the Box.

Rolf
Here is one little thing more....all the Medical findings, that my Son has developed,as the Stem Cell too,he has seen in front of himself like in a 3 dimensional vision, where he can move it with his mind how ever he want and that is exactly about the same thing, but only on a much more developed level.....also when he can not solve something by him self, then he call me and normally in about 2-3 days I have the right answer for him.

Rolf
Ken. That area between awake and asleep, scares me. Thus I don't explore it. I trust my instincts.
The ancients believed that pure iron nearby could offer protection against night time visitors as described. The hard part is rousing enough to touch the iron implement.
