My Covid-19 Blog

Hello lovers!

So many blogs about this famous virus so I decided to just post one of my own.

March 2, we had our first case here in Jordan
government took extreme measures in order to protect us.
launched awareness campaign
halted travel to/from different countries . Thousands of passengers from the last few planes that landed here were taken straight to quarantine areas - 5 star hotels for 14 days.
suspended tourist travels. I had to cancel my trips.
March 10, halted all educational institutions operations, public and private sectors closed down, started working from home
March 17, implemented our National Defense Law, total lockdown.
March 22, the government allowed Gas and Water deliveries
March 23, the government allowed doorstep deliveries of water, bread, and baby formula
March 24, small neighborhood grocery and convenience stores along with pharmacies, drinking-water stores and bakeries were allowed to open from 10:00 to 18:00 .on foot only to get basic supplies; vehicles are still not permitted.
Thursday till Sunday morning, no one allowed to go outside.

425 total cases down to 165 active cases, 7 deaths.

Things here look very promising and could go back to normal soon.

Our government acted early and able to control the spread so yes, I believe the quarantine, lockdown are helping...

meanwhile...

I'm working from home for more than a month now. The company decided to make some golden hand sanitizer so we are busy and still in business, very grateful for that, many out there are losing their job.

this lockdown thingy keeps me grounded and brought me closer to loved ones and old friends. From a distance I'm able to organize a group of young people back home to do something for our small community and help the most needy there. Sent some help to buy sacks of rice and groceries to give to the poorest of poor. Also able to give back to my beloved old convent school, with my classmates, we were able to raise some funds to give to our sisters in need and some of our mentors then. Feels good!

Somehow this virus is doing us a lot of good, we sit back, reflect and realize the most important things in life.

Be well and stay safe everyone!

Hey Everyone

I been noticing on fb and even here, it seems like the depression levels are up because of the virus thing. Not being able to live normally don't help.

Here is a little advice from someone who knows depression inside out. Don't focus on when this is going to be over, instead focus on the day you are on. Ask yourself "what can I do today so when the day is over, I am happier than when the day started". We don't know when this will be over and focusing energy on that is just wasteful and will ruin your day even more. Take it one day at a time. Occupy each day with something, try not to look too much on the end date, focus on the day at hand instead.

I'm gone...

Sometimes you have to do what you have to do...
That said, I've had enough of this place.
I'm gone!

Besides, I was up at 5am and did a marathon of internet research. I had enough of this place.

Science, government, policy, statism, populism-right and LEFT, truth......

.....Bravo and I were walking into the government offices of this little ocean hamlet, VERY ham. On our way to pay confiscatory taxes---money on its way to much redundancy and waste. Who hasn't seen this? Government employee road work crew, surrounding sewer trench, digging done by oversized backhoe, really only two or three humans needed---one on backhoe, and hand shovelers. Over half a dozen standing/sitting about hole in road, --smoking, joking ---all with paychecks, and government PENSIONS. Crew chief, assistant to crew chief, ad hoc- protempere- adjunct- deputy under secretary to crew chiefs, and so on. Pensions in the dreaded private sector? Don't hold your breaths. Onward we two, and private firm house painters at real work. Merely two souls, busy as bees. Pensions? ---what are those? Same with next few craftperson crews. So, we reach Tax office, at around 10:30, all "workers" gone home, sign on door, "closing at noon, due to storm". No storm within 500 miles. On way home, passed dozens of private businesses, with no "storm early release" notices anywhere in sight. Busy workers. Whence the lack of trust in government, and the phrase, "good enough for government work"'. And suspicion of science, especially as pandering pols wastefully turn it into policy. Using, what?, why OPM of course. The growing dichotomy. Folks on right who produce, create jobs and pay taxes, others on the leftie end of big government pander largesse. Trump Vs. Bernie types. Populism, on the right and LEFT. Of course, as with self loathing, privilege guilt, virtue broadcasting, ---lefties can (constitutionally) only focus with hate speech on the former---only to admit to the latter with a gun held to the head. Science?, on which I've tried to blog to clarify it's essence and real roles/limitations. Well, just remember that Karl Marx himself, son of wealth, ur- communist, proto source of so much human suffering---prefered to combine the terms to describe his and Lenin's craft. "Scientific Economics". Sort of has a nice ring to it, no? Great for public big government policy, as history clearly shows.

True love... (riddle now explained 20-03-19)

Is like you being drunk as a skunk and me waking you up when you just fell asleep an hour ago. Hungover and angry as hell.

True love is like the both of us in the middle of The Sea and I throw you overboard well away from the boat, forcing you to swim back to it not even helping you to get back into the boat.
REAL love is like dipping your head under the sea, while you're still trying to get back on the boat

True love is like throwing you into The FIRE and watching you burn, with a bucket of water right next to me, instead, I stand and just watch.

True love is like severing you in half with THE GREATEST SWORD and watching as your body goes cold, disregarding it as if it was actually dirt.

Interpret, and decipher its meaning.

Explaanation: yay heart beating
You being a drunk is being drunk on this world because you know nothing else, and the only way for you to sober up is me giving part of my life essence from the very heart and most deepest part of my soul. But it also allows you on the first step to the nine gates of Heaven. So Father to All gives you permission on that step, because of My Life essence within you. (Life Essence of Heaven)

The middle of the Sea is the Sea of Heaven, The Holy Waters, and when you drink from The Sea, you will not drown and die you will live forever. But the natural reaction of any human being is to hold their breathe in the sea. And to not drink of THE Holy Water is the greatest insult you could make EVER, in which you would be thrown into the dark. So I keep your head under until you drink from Him.

The Great Wall of Fire will burn out every single sin in you, f*ck yea its gonna hurt, but at least you will live to tell the tale unlike many many others who will not, because of My Life Essence within you.

And if you havent figured out the last part yet of my riddle. that sword is My Life essence within you. severing the beast from the spirit after your awakening. (drinking from the sea).

One door closes.....another opens wide....

....so, with all the worldwide qvetsching about novid 19, all the gloom and doom, I boldly ask, what about the PLUS sides of this latest pander demic? I can think of lots of these. No doubt so can the Brilliant and Dazzling CS Posters' Club. For starters, I no longer have to make up stupid and impossible to believe lies about missing tedious meetings. Did so already several times this week. To whine is human, to be grateful, and sneaky, divine. What a Virus---what a Country!

A game you can play at home

Some of you are cooped up at home, unable to roam the streets,
like you 'normally' do.

Sure, some make fun of the ineptness of the president.
But, the truth is, that it isn't easy to talk like Trump.
Most people simply can't predict how he will say words.
Now you can guess how he might say words and practice at home. cheers

What Is A Blog?

According to Google (very mad that dirty b...), a blog is a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style.

The CS site says: . A Blog is a journal you may enter about your life, thoughts, interesting experiences, or lessons you've learned. Post an opinion, impart words of wisdom, or talk about something interesting in your day. Update your blog on a regular basis, or just whenever you have something to say. Creating a blog is a good way to share something of yourself with others.

So the sky is the limit! Almost. And what do people reach for when there are practically endless possibilities?

Your range of imagination is on display. If you are creative or not it will show here. Your intellect or lack thereof is on display. Your compulsions, obssessions, phobias. Your biases, your bigotry, your hypocrisy.

Your inclination toward honesty and integrity, or your tendency toward being a lying sociopath.

It's really up to the individuals to decide for themselves the face they want to wear...or hide.

Help!

Seeing that there are so many experts in all fields on the blogs , Im hoping for someone to solve a small problem for me.

The underwater helicopter has 2 urinals in the cockpit and the left one has sprung a leak at around 31 fathoms. I actually had Bill Gates' personal trainer , come down to 20 fathoms and see for herself what chaos it causes, but unfortunately she could not take the pressure and advised me - on Bill's recommendation - to ask for help/advice on Cs.

I want to thank all experts in advance as this is a terrible situation to be held captive in.
crying help

It's a great Sunday.
