I been noticing on fb and even here, it seems like the depression levels are up because of the virus thing. Not being able to live normally don't help.Here is a little advice from someone who knows depression inside out. Don't focus on when this is going to be over, instead focus on the day you are on. Ask yourself "what can I do today so when the day is over, I am happier than when the day started". We don't know when this will be over and focusing energy on that is just wasteful and will ruin your day even more. Take it one day at a time. Occupy each day with something, try not to look too much on the end date, focus on the day at hand instead.
