Sitting here waiting for the day,
the price I may pay,
Age old, not knowing how
this came be, I cannot see,
For once I was young, seems
like yesterday, where life went
I cannot say,
Life is gone in blink, before you
can think,
It's over and done, the final mile
makes me smile,
As I watch it begin, heaven and
hell, love and sin,
Everyone going nowhere, noone
to care,
Passing time in circles, running
through the gauntlet of life,
Imaginary worry, and Imaginary
strife,
And when it's over, we start
again, to play this game,
always the same,
trouble and strife in this
game of life.

The guarantee of non existance when it hits you between the eyes,
makes you realise, that the games we play in our so called lives,
well, it's all just lies.
Of course we will end, my friend, and when you know just where
you go, and when you see, the reality, that nothing matters nor ever
will, been that way, will be still.
Take today, take yesterday, take tomorrow, take the road you want
to follow, you will find it all ends the same, just never look, and never
blame, for you are you and still the same.

peace be with you
as you pass me by
I try to look away
for if, I would glance
a single look in your eyes
even as my mind opposes
I'd fall down on my knees
and ask you to stay
for just one day
because, it's all what it takes
to let you know
the gratefulness
living inside my heart
of all you've done
you realize
I've changed
back to who I was
humble, but most of all
mindful and thankful
one more time
on this last chance
it's you who laid down
this path I now walk on
a strong and solid ground
and I'm blessed
and so with tears of joys
falling off my eyes
please know
I'm forever grateful
so go on, pass by
all I want is a smile
just a glance
and you'd know
my heart sings
peace be with you
always..
for I never left.

Just a thought

The little poet writes
nicely of his nice wife,
his nice kids,
his nice university,
the nice dead mice
he found on his nice
snowy road,
and his nice guilt for
sleeping with his
nice student.
but some are tornadoes
of words, whirling,
scattering books out
of the clouds-
Blake the tornado
Whitman the tornado
Neruda the Latin tornado…
Words fly out of their mouths
like spittle or kisses;
their passions and anger
fill the unruly world
and then comes the critic,
creeping along with his
two pairs of pants,
and his reservations
(most of them for lunch)
and his nice distinction,
semantic notions,
and his box full
of paper stars.
He pins one on the forehead
of the nicest poet
because no tornado
stands still long enough.

i'm quitting you again
because i want to
because i can
not so much to walk away
but to come back
and make up
from this little row
that we're about to have
i told you once
i'll tell you again
that i'm in love
with you
so this walk i'm gonna take
if not for mine
then for your sake
so you'll again be
able to see me coming
back to your forgiveness

Lord you prayed
not for You to be spared
but to be strong
withstand the devil's temptation
You willingly took the beatings
of the cruel world
even as You revealed to them
Who you really were
The Messiah, the Son of God
and that the cross you carried
was for washing of our sins
brutal, vicious and wicked men
they never believed
nor listened
if...
I can carry that cross
as of now.. I can
I wouldn't hide
nor be afraid
only that I ask
is for You
to hold my hand
give me the strength
because
I can't do it without you
Amen.
I dedicate this to my children. For they believe.

I'm a sinner
I'm a sinner, was and always will be
Not by choice but weakness sometimes reign over me
I seek not your judgment but if you must
Please lay out the truth and don't be so harsh
I don't wish justification for my weakness
I only wish to earn for your forgiveness
And when it's time for me to lay down to rest
Say a little prayer for me to earn His forgiveness
Note: I wish to live a life that's sinless but we're human, flawed and imperfect. It's far easier to fall from the path of righteousness than not. While our intentions may always be to do the right thing, we somehow become weak. I try to follow the path of being good and live according to His will.
Having said that, I humbly seek forgiveness to all of you my friends and relatives with whom I have come short of your expectations.
So help me God.
I humbly submit my will to You.
Amen

I dare to wake stumbling through heavens gate,
beauty abounds and noone knows,
cept me, I see, creations gift, this picture born,
imaginaton scorn, but tis the beauty of life,
Tis nothing new, for those fortunate few, who live
this way....everyday, nature cannot unfold if left
untold, let us be, let us see, let us know and
then we grow,
Moonlight falling majestically plays with my heart
creating smells of life, water silent in it's grandeur
holding my soul, making me real, the way to be, tis
my destiny,
And now I know what makes this so, not words, not
feelings, not love, not signs from above, just to
know who you are, to know that creation began with you,
and all that is will always be born from you....that's
what's true!

I’m like this because of you, I’m like this because you
Never saw it through,
I’m like this because the Winter Sun never shone!
I’m like this because my flowers died and left me
Traumatised,
I’m like this because you were never here, to hold
Me close and quell my fear,
I’m like this because you stayed with me,
I’m like this because you never set me free,
I’m like this because when you were gone,
Along came another one,
Of simple design , gave me the time,
To be me………and now I see,
I’m totally like this because of me!

I shan't ask the impossible
I certainly do not welcome any grand gesture
Awash in guilt, as I am, I can only refuse any extended hand offered
I have made my bed
It is a most uncomfortable one
Yet, meriting far less, it is a small price to pay
To be lain up in such a way
For I have crossed the final line
Where one may only go off the deep end
Diving from a cliff apparently seeking deserved oblivion
Finding no footing, merely sinking ever deeper into dark abyss
Well past the point of no return
To simply vanish
Forever banished
Without enough hope to even dream of rising
Never again to stand at that level embraced by love
Where you remain
...Goodbye my love
