Enjoyment in your Creativity?

I have lately decided to let my more Creative Nature to lead in my personality. I must say it is quite interesting. I'm planting all sorts, like plants, but mainly Parsley. I bought this packet of seeds, and eventually got my pot ready with some compost worked in, for the herbs. I carefully poured them into the rectangular pot, and raked some soil over, with my small rake (I have a set of small garden utensils for indoor use). They are situated in the Sunroom.
Everyday I checked the pot, and only on the 3rd day did some green bits appear, no you could not call them shoots yet, just lots of tiny green heads, in the brown of the soil.
This eventually developed into 6 cm small plants by the dozens, being watered slightly every night. Then I planted them out into separate pots, and the parsley is starting to show in 1/2 cm leaves. The joy of seeing them grow, babysitting the ones not doing to well.
Then the story about the little ones the other day. I'm really astounding myself?

How are you letting you creative self take over, every now and again?

Smileyhug boy you are not only enjoying your creativity but being so productive in a sense. I was an organic (certified with the State of California) for almost 10 years S. I couldn't find the words to describe how delightful and wonderful to see them plants unfold their shoots, fruits, flowers in your very eyes. I am still considering to have that big of a land enough to get me an organic license. California land is way over price now but I am still thinking of owning a land again to plant and enjoy. I sold and ate my own produced and made a little bit of money sharing my bounty...

Congratulations S. Right now, I am starting to journalize my life and I am not sure if that requires much of a creativity.

But hey, you are cool... hug
Lindsy. The joy being around plants, animals, and nature is out of this world. You relax and unwind. Wonderfull.
Absolutely S. It is the feeling of knowing that nothing remains the same and then the cycle of life flows though your hands. Amazing is not enough to describe it.
Smiley I had no garden at one time so bought big pots. I made a wigwam type construction , planted four runner bean and low and behold I had runner beans for all. I even did tomatoes the same way, and boy enough for me and so sweet.

So well done you, experiment, and doesn't it feel good watching them growpeace
I'm growing my first garden of many years away from planting in the earth. I'm getting tomatoes now, kale, collards, bok choy, parsley and other plants that haven't come to fruit yet. Silly me I forgot to tag what I planted so I had to wait for it to bloom to know what I have. I ate all my radishes already. The tomatoes are so much better than store bought. Also I planted in the wrong season. Now it's time to plant for the summer crop.

I'm learning as I go and by trial and error.

I'm making my compost from left over veggie matter. I also save coffee grinds and crushed egg shells that I just throw on top of soil for fertilizer. The plants seem to love it.

Have fun and bon appetite.
Lindsy, if we can assist in bettering anything, then we have reached some goal at least!
Exred. You are such a wonderfull person. People like you are very scarce indeed. I have always loved plants and animals, but have never really had the time or inclination to experiment. Now at last, I am making the time. Thanks for being You!
Fay, It seems like You are a born farmer. The fertiliser is unique and a brain wave. Good Luck!
