Christmas New Year Plans and Dreams.

Oh. Lol. Yes, I was raised in old school. Mostly my grandparents were my upbringing. And they conveyed to me the best that was in them. My parents worked hard. And they never had time for us. Although my parents were quite authoritarian people, they influenced many aspects of my life. Of course, this was not always a positive thing. But it was rather a tribute of that time. After all, as I wrote above, Ukraine is the land of the former Soviet tear where communism was and all the results of it. But this is not the point. Now such education is considered old-fashioned. I live in a European society and my mentality and outlook on life has changed somewhat. But there are things that may be old-fashioned for others. But for me, they matter. Cooking is a hobby. Not more. I am an economist by specialty. Although for me cooking is a kind of creativity. I like to experiment with flavors. Of course, I'm not familiar with all the cuisines of the world. I would very much like to know this. And I even have such a dream to go on a culinary journey through the world. But until my children have achieved independence, especially my son, I cannot realize it.
