For us older Charming People lol
They say as we get older our Metabolism slow down so we don't burn enough energy to lose weight, and that suck , so me being me and as crazy as I am I went and brought some Metabolism boots for me , and to my surprise I am starting to lose some of my fat, I drink a lot of water every day as well, it doesn't start to show for some time but it dose eventually I will explain why I did this . for you who don't know me.Single mum of one at home , so I do everything at home ,and I mean everything , and I noticed that I was gaining weight , when I was doing so much work , I am not one to sit around a lot either, I like to keep busy doing something ,but this weight just wouldn't move, so off I take myself to the doctors and then to the health food shop , they all say the same thing your just geting older and this happens , stuff that says Carol so I was walking through Woolworth's one day and came across there Metabolism tablets, so I thought I give them a try, wohoo they are working , so I thought I would share this with all my friends out there having the same problem, but remember you still have to keep active and walk as much as you can and drink lots of water to, don't give up on it as you will see a difference in a few weeks
Is there anyone else out there having trouble with there weight and have other ideas

I find that if you swap your dinner sized plate to the smallest side plate you can find, it does definately work !!
I have done that, ... as I'v noticed my mum had gotten middle age spread but she ate breakfast, lunch & dinner all on a normal sized dinner plate.
Well where does all the rest go ... result... middle aged spread..............hats off to you...!! I'm sure armed with all you need to know you will surely arrive at the weight you want to be.
At the later part of one's life, as the metabolosm drops, one meals tend to get smaller .. to get that feel full feeling (One of the main rules used in the catering trade..... the older you get, the smaller your meals become).
After all you will also feel a whole lot healthier & fitter to boost !!
