I was lucky enough to be allowed toGo on some sports training courses
In the last few years. I met some
Amazing coaches and teachers as well
As great class mates.
We learned how to set up a class with
Training programmes and games. I was
Glad some of the class got jobs out of
It, l would love to be stronger about
What l do with my time. I would really
Love to help other people along in life.

Is one of the first things we were
Coached. It is what sets a great coach
Or teacher apart. If you are not going
To apply yourself you may as well stay
At home. Tough, but fair!
