It sounds like you had deep feelings or were strongly infatuated even though there wasn't a verbal committment of "being together" or taking on the title of "being a couple." It happens. What happened to you is happening to multiple other people....right....now as you read this msg.

A person having more feelings than the other person has does occur. Just like one may be in love before the other person is, yet in some situations feelings are mutual. I do think your situation is normal even before a relationship between 2 people is established when it comes to an end.
