Daily Motivation

Last night, I smashed out a solid three-hour workout, combining some serious treadmill action with a bit of yoga. No idea how I'm still kickin' after that, The holiday season went a bit overboard on the eating front, so now I'm on a mission to shed those extra kilos. Gotta do it, though – the job demands me to be in top-notch physical shape, and I'm gunning for a set of ripper abs. Time to sweat it out and get back in the game! I'm starting my reading challenge for the year. I'm excited to dive into some books. Do you have any recommendations or favourite genres? I'm looking forward to exploring new reads and reaching my reading goals this year!

I seem to always recommend the same few books lol.

Have you tried the 1970 classic "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee" yet?
By an author called Dee Brown. It's probaly in the library, as it's that known.
You have to plow through that one at some point in life,
but don't fall for the temptation to watch the move instead.

That you can da a 3hour workout means you are way younger than most here, hehe.

Its about 3 adventurers who try to cross a province in eastern Canada called Labrador and gets more than they bargained for. The author is not a writer so its not the most elegantly reading book out there but it is a real story that really happened.

Ate you sitting in front of a screen? If so, if there was a setting for dark mode, would be a lot easier to look at. I had to do it with my computer when i patched it into a 40 inch tv, was way too bright.

That can do it. Is there any possible way you could take even 5 mins just to close your eyes and give your headache a little break. I know a dark room is probably not a option but a short little pause in the activity might help.
