darkness for me

sometimes i just want god to take me away from here so much i feel so lost these days sometimes i cant even think what do i do i feel like im poison to every one i meet sometimes i hate this i feel like my dreams will never be i just want to dig me a grave

Have you walked alone and see flowering plants along the way? Varied colored flowers swaying to the breeze while inhaling the fresh air with subtle fragrance of both flowers and grass? Pray to God that all these beauty and natural colors be a part of your life. As He is so merciful to grant life to these creations so with you, with us who humbly seek mercy from Him too. Go out and appreciate nature and understand that God feed even the birds. Got frustrated with job? studies? family? friends?or even girlfriend/s? Love oneself second to loving God and you won't let yourself be totally down with any other else. Or if just plain worn out? Rest. Switch off radio. tv and phones even doorbell and rest. When you wake up refresh, you'll feel different. Cheers!!

You know, I'm a filipina but living in Japan as my ex was Japanese. I just think if you feel your life is nowhere to go and you are losing your american identity as it it's nothing important at all, that you can't do anything better, I'm encouraging you to visit the Phils and work as avolunteer among the very poor and deprived. You'll feel different with your american heritage. You'll value more your american upbringing and maybe see life in a different perspective. I think not just the Phils, but other third world country who subsist on minimal maybe subhuman condition. I used to work as a researcher 20 yrs or so ago. We were assigned to a depresed area, a slum area where I met a blind couple with 3 grown up children. On their younger yrs, they worked as masseurs. But by the time I met them they're not working anymore. Their eldest who finished college(all the children we're not blind) thru foreign sponsorship was employed right away in Saudi arabia. From then on their life became a bliss but not totally rich. Value life from a different view. Go out and enjoy, you're a man and you're american. Get that spirit moving!bouquet

yesterday, i was asked by someone whom i date to stop seeing him...we really had good times but it has to end...it hurt me a lot of course... but these are things that we cant control...just happens...but it happens for a reason...i cried too much...but even if ill cry liters of tears still he will never be back...til now im in pain...but i try to think positively...try to go out...see your friends...it will help you...try not to be alone...the more that you will be in pain...try to be surrounded by people who will inspire you :)

Hey John. I agree with the lovely people who have commented thus far. I've been reading through your blogs and you sound like an awesome person. Unfortunately life has a way of tipping us upside down so we land on our heads. Ouch. Just like being dumped by a monstrous wave at Snapper Rocks, here in Queensland. Nice to look at but perilous sometimes. I have days like that, as does most everyone out there. I think that the key to surviving those down moments - when your self esteem hits rock bottom and you don't believe that you're worthy of walking on this beautiful planet - you have to have hope. You've got to dredge down a long way to get to it sometimes, but you SHOULDN'T give up, because it's there and believe me, it's darn well worth it. So many awesome people out there who care about you - you only have to look at your friends on here to know what I mean. Anyway, I'd miss your blogs, they keep me sane.
