THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Sometimes GOD breaks our spirit to save our soul.
Sometimes HE breaks our hearts to make us whole.
Sometimes HE allows pain so we can be stronger.
Sometimes HE sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes HE allows illness so we can take better care of ourselves.
Sometimes HE takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything HE gave us.
Make plans, but understand that we live by HIS grace.

If you read History my friend , you will see that the greatest crimes and slaughterers, in humananity, were made in the name of some GOD..!!

maupassant just because you do not believe in God does not mean that He does not exist and it certainly does not give you the right to say that someone who does believe in God is waisting their life. If she wants to believe in God and it works for her who are you to judge?

makis822 I have read history and what I see is it is demented humans that have caused a lot of the worlds problems not God. So what if these crimes have been done in God's name. God is not the perpetrator of the crimes. That is as silly as someone using your identity to defraud a bank and you paying the price for their crime.

Makis822....maybe you should stop reading history and spend a little more time reading your posts...you said 'some of the greatest crimes and slaughters of humanity were caused IN THE NAME of some God.'....So true...or perhaps you wanted to say '....caused by some GOD' but decided not to push your luck...rolling on the floor laughing
