Let's start off the week with good food intake???
What else could any one ask for other than a good early morning work out for two plus hours and a refreshing healthy breakfast -What's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for you guys out there in your little corners of your world.....
Here's mine:
Breakfast: a huge glass of fresh juice - apple, pear, 1/4 pineapple and fresh green cabbages and a lemon all juiced together.
Really refreshing for the body, mind and soul

Lets see, I'll have a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice,
a mushroom, tomato, onion, and pepper omelet and a fruit salad; mango, cantelope, blueberries & strawberries.
For dessert, I'll have a generous helping of Megan Fox !

Weired combination - So do you drink up your juice with your eyes closed and hands on the nose or do you just drink it upside down..
How do you drink it ?

My breakfast comprises of drinking a huge glass of fresh juice every morning on an empty stomach. Then whenever I feel hungry, I snack on fruits through out until lunch. My protein and carbohydrates come in at lunch and dinner. It works for me this way, never get sick anymore, feeling great, young and healthy.

I've had my breakfast, Please send me lunch but no kangaroo tail or thighs ok...
