How do you think sports stars keep there motivatio

I like going to the gym but I only go off and on I never have the motivation to keep it going. Any ideas how I can improve?

Darren, set ur goals. Why do u go to the gym? Is it to lose weight? Build ur muscles? Or just for health sake. Then focus ur mind on ur target.

Partic, don't be such a lazy and sleepy man. Get urself to the gym and start lifting those weights...t yay
have you started on the train, stop not think about how well you do your body
and you intresert in and look in good shape so do not stop but continue
Remember, most women see that you are in good shape

so go on and dont stop get a good instructor and help you and give you motivationapplause

Yes that is a very good question how to motivate ourselves. I know what is like as I am gym bunny and some days are so so difficult to find the motivation. My ideas I set lots of goals I like running and enter few half marathons and small races like 5k, 10k, Tough Mudder, Race For Life, Boot camp and the best is I knew after very intensive training I will feel amazing, also doing classes like Body Pump, Body Combat is a great opportunity to met new people and make a plans together.
