Dealing with depression
Two years ago my doc said I've a mild case of depression then my life was tumbled upside dwn the girl I was with for 4 yrs decided she had enough of me and wanted to move on so that made me fall deeper into depression. Each day is a battle for me I don't want to start taking medication I want to get thru t on my own. Some days r great and some r v bad today is v bad I was out drinkn last nite and of course that has done no good. Has any of u guys been thru this and f so is dare ny easy way ou or to deal with life?At the mo I've no purpose in life I can't find a job and just so dwn

Disorders / and depression is one of the most widespread/ must be treated with experts. Except antidepressants which are necessary to take are other alternative natural remedies and psychotherapy.. all necessary to set up your new lifestyle which helps you to live average life. Depression is average and treatable. Find a specialist who will take care and helps you to get over.

next find some work ... focus on that
make sure you cultivate your friendships . they are your treasures... they will help you through this . .
work on your self ... your diet your shape exercise ... your personality and how you appreciate others . . try to be more healthy every tomorrow in body and mind . .
lastly . . .keep an open heart and a open mind to having a close friend (and lover)

I've experienced the latter and there is no way to convince the depressed person to trust that you really want to be around and support them. So, they dump you instead.
Yes, besides work a little improving your English spelling so guys like me, whom English is not our first language, can understand you better.
Keeping busy is good for you stimulates the mind and body I also find going to the local recreation center for a swim spar and steam room always feel fantasic after a work out, if you aren't a water baby the gym gives the same results. Plus it is good to be around lots of people giving out positive energy. Last spend lots of time with friends and family You will get better as time goes by and this will be you all the time
Summer
I don't take medication now, I do sports each time i feel I could start to get down again, and I (try to) keep my mind with positive thoughts. Not always easy but I'm still alive and full of hope and projects for my future.
Keep fighting, do sports, don't drink. Life is beautiful.
