HEALING....

I came across this the other day & is on my mind! About healing, hurt, anger, etc.

Healing is impossible when there...
... is hatred in you heart.
Ubder hatred is hurt.
Under hurt is fear.
Breathe...face it....
Breathe...release it...
Breathe...move on...
Face it....release it....move on...

Have any grudges? Unresolved feelings? Or...?
To forgive & to forget?
We may forgive....but we never forget!
Will we get past it & move on?
We must release the chains that are...
Holding us back & break free from what's....
Holding us from moving forward.
One step forward one step back.
Take that first step even if its the hardest.
