Gifts!
There are many occasions where we receive gifts from others. Whether from friends or family, even from our significant other. We either like what we receive or we don't. Some are priceless. Sometimes its better to give than to receive.They say its the thought that counts. Sometimes the best gifts are from the heart. It shouldn't matter of the pricetag, as long as its thoughtful. Some gifts are either practical, romantic, handmade, sentimental. Then there are some.....what were they thinking!!
For me there are some things I never want as gifts, especially for certain occasions. Am I fussy? No! I know what I like & don't like. I'm sure we've all gotten something we didn't like, or would want in the dirst place.
What are some things, or one thing you would not like or want as a gift? And why? Do you associate certain occasions with certain gifts? Or does it matter? Do you keep a price limit on gifts or not bother?

For example, would you want or like clothes as an anniverary gift? Would you consider that an appopriate gift for the occasion?
For me I can be sentimental. A gift from the heart with effort is priceless. I can look back at the gift & it triggers a happy memory of that day/occasion. For certain occasions it doesn't matter what I get, but its better when its practical & such. But for some occasions it does matter.
