Its Ironic !
As we grow up we (especially girls) dream
of falling in love and in some cases of getting married and raising happy families.
And despite the hurt and disappointment which most of us have experienced at some stage or other in our lives,
the fact that we are here online, is probable proof that most of us still believe this . . .I came onto this site pretty much falling into that category believing that it is out there . . . .
. . . . but strangely enough, coming onto a dating site has in fact made me question the validity of this thought.
Maybe its because there is too much hurt here and too many damaged beings, but I have come to doubt that too many people here actually do believe in love.
I'd like to know if you think I am right or wrong in this assessment

My experience on here has been that some guys are not quite 'over' their last relationship and are scared of being alone. Some will quite literally fall in love with the first person who shows some interest in them just so they are not alone.
A few red flags but there are genuinely really nice guys on here. Believe and trust me I have been so lucky to have met some of them and one in particular is simply wonderful.
Lean on your mates on here for a while, we are all here for you.

I didn't sign up here to find my one true love, I infact did sign up to make friends, which you so rightly pointed out I have.
For me if it happens, it happens, but so many have come here with the sole intent of finding someone, only to give up before the battle is won
infact, they will be here for a week and then claim they are wasting their time
Its refreshing to see that some people haven't given up on finding their love
