WHAT IS I AM BLESSED ACCORDING TO CHRIST

John 15 5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.



I am not writing this to make people feel non blessed or non worthy of God's love. But the reason I am writing this is because there are a lot of people who use this statement I am blessed to make peers jealous or feel less than human or not worthy of God's love according to worldly success or luck. Facts are a mature Christian or someone who abides in the Holy Spirit will not be constantly trying to make their fellow man feel under them. Let's understand what it means to be really Blessed in Christ or not bragging about success in life or getting lucky in life.


Here is an example: Heather loves God with all her heart and she has cancer. Kim is in good health and loves the Lord the same. Kim walks in Sunday school bragging about her health and success in life and Heather is there doing the same things Kim does through Faith living a moral life in Christ under the Holy Spirit. Now what will Heather think if Kim is bragging I am blessed and these are the Blessings of Christ vs Heather's condition.? It would hurt Heather severely and surely rush through her mind I do the same things as Kim and I am not blessed etc. She would get mad at God and see no reward or reason to be good or abide in the Lord's love.

See my point??? Being blessed in Christ has nothing to do with success or riches or health. Being under the influence of the Holy Spirit I have witnessed the very hand of God on mentally handicap people that brought tears to my eyes. So being blessed in Christ isn't personal success or rich's or even personal health. Being Blessed in Christ is simply having the Holy Spirit active in your life daily. There is nothing else and yes that act enhances people to greatness in my opinion. No matter how hard your luck is or bad your health is if you are abiding in the Spirit of Grace you ARE BLESSED IN CHRIST.

Just ignore the people who constantly brag about their success or health or whatever it is they brag about. These people are starving for attention and acceptance through these things. If these things make them feel worthy of God's Grace who cares let them. But this type of false teaching or understanding can ruin a lot of peoples walk in the Lord. So don't listen to the materialist so called Christians and just abide in Christ and let that be the very confidence you need to let you know
you are blessed in Christ no matter what so called fakes claim. If things go my way it's because I was lucky or I may have worked hard for it. Those things can make me feel good about myself but I understand these things are just personal success or personal work and has nothing to do with my salvation in Jesus Christ. The Blessings of Christ is through the Cross alone and that act opens up the door of being Blessed in God's Presence.
