Sadness is only a Thought. Happiness is a state of mind. Decide that you will be happy. Decide to turn away from sadness and sorrow and that you will not alow a dark life to rule your days and nights. Decide this moment in time which you want????Sadness or happiness. A man will not make you happy-I hate to disappoint you there-happiness is within you and happiness you can create....Do not wait for a man to make you happy because temporarily you will be blinded and think...ahhh. this is happiness. Then one day you awaken, and you are not...You have the power to create happiness within your thoughts. People cannot create that for you. Stay away from alcohol...it is a depressant. Do things you like-you like children...volunteer somewhere and help children. You like something-go and do it. FIll your time with the hobbies you like. Hate your job-change it.sad flower
