sports i will never understand

ice hocky basket ball footy and american football...
american football is the more confusing one.
here is an example of how well i understand it. the bowler gets the ball after a loose scrum, and throws it to the wicket keeper who then tries and get the puc past the loose forward, in order to put the opposing team in check mate?

I am not familiar with ice hockey. Basket ball, I Love the game and know the rules. And American football, yes I dig it too but not really familiar with all its pros.

i just dont get american football, i whatched it online the one time to try and figure it out but couldnt then i googled the rules and got even more confused!?! over here we have more british sports like cricket, rugby, football and field hokey...

Lindz...No! No! You've got it all wrong..The Dummy Half gets the Puck and kicks it at the Stumps,to try to get a hole in One,making the Score 15-love,now the other team being a little annoyed with this take posession of the ball and go for a Strike,and completly missing the Dart Board pack up their Bat and Baseball and go home !!

The game I never understand so far, not mean that I don't know how to play it but mostly because why people want to do it, is football (soccer or American football, whatever you called it). 11 people chasing one ball in such large field, sweating and then hurt their legs, while I'm here sitting and enjoy my cakes.

American football - The fans start fights with each other mostly just in the seats at the ends of the stadium (the don't get to see the game very well but they are very close to the beer vendors!).

European/etc football (soccer) - All the fans fight.

(actually rather sad some of the events that have happened

)

Hockey - The players fight.

Boxing - The players fight.

Tennis - No fighting!

Golf - No reason to fight. No reason to watch.
