Sausage unknown
Anyone knows the name of this sausage and where it is made? More than 70 cm long, not much thicker than a thumb. Smoked, dried, salted and a bit hot.

Actually u cannot even chew it down so hard it is! However, in fine slices it works! It will keep for years or even decades I guess.
