tête-à-tête !!!

Recently me and my friend had a tête-à-tête .
Fetching the pretentious result that
"what change we are seeking in our society...?"
The main change I want to see would be daydream a free education to whoever want's it. This includes colleges too. If you don't want to go to a public school k-12 or a public college then you can pay for a private education.
I would also like to see free healthcare. If Canada can do it then so can we , and for this stupefied work "Hats-off" to CANADA. bowing thumbs up

Well maybe if your country didn't waste the aid which countries like the uk and others give to you sending rockets into space, you would be able to afford more education and healthcare ?
oops, so you know perfectly about my country better.
and the aid too ?? , well in that case i'd say your country is developed and mine is developing. apart from tht from your word seems your country'hv got no problem with the issues listed up. hv you?
All education (before university) and healthcare in the uk is provided free. If you want to pay for it on a private basis then that's up to you as an individual.
The UK is developed to a big degree due to the rich colonies they had, and we all know which was the "Pearl in the (UK) crown": India. Love_Stick, nobody forces you to give aid to India. It s well known that the policy of the UK has always been based on the interest (We have no lasting friends, no lasting enemies, only lasting interests.: Churchill), so it s interesting why you provide aid to India. wave
Also, when there is some aid, it s all regulated by special documents, contracts, etc. which state absolutely strictly where the money should go. I can't believe that the UK, one of the homelands of the law, doesn't sign such contracts and doesn't control their observance.
@ ARIEL : tht migh be they are kind. are they?

LOVE_ : The HISTORY knows well, who gave first to whom .

Hunter

dont you think it is alot to ask for a country having 17.2% of the total population of the world to be compared with Canada holding just .5% of the total population, and we all know there is LOT of favor ism for Canada from its neighboring strong states

Love_Stick it s you who involved the UK in this blog although it had no relevance to the posted topic. I just replied to your first comment. dunno

Similar with Blue who locked his blog (see below) since he didn't like my comments.

Love_Stick, check out the blog of Blue "I am so happy to be an atheist". He "locked" his blog after my comments.

and the point for offering honey, i wanna said 'watch it' .
Ok thanks hunter, I will take care.
Ariel, seems he doesn't really appreciate your questioning type of comments. I don't think he's alone in that, a lot of people on here seem to prefer to discuss the price of carrots rather than have any alternative opinions put forward.
Love_Stick, when the comments are like this rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing , they are highly appreciated. But when they are something more, you hear: "Don't be so serious, don't go too deep in this". Then locking of the blog can follow. dunno
Love_stick, I saw a comment posted by some lady which expressed the same point like mine. She probably managed to post it in a "window" when the blog was unblocked for the OP's comments. He deleted it and posted his last comment. We have witnessed such a behavior here and it leads to total paranoia.
Hunter,
I am strongly against a free education or a free heathcare. People never appreciate things which cost them ... NOTHING!
People " despice " with buckshee products and services.

I am persuaded, people have to deserve what they have. As for education, the equal chances but with majority of scholarships for talented students who want to work and pretty huge fees for those, whose parents are able to pay their laziness.

Health care system with the chance for incurable and elderly patience but never for those who ( thanks their carelessness ) have damaged their lives and health on their own.

Good luck to you.
cool
Wel, that is your opinion Nd thnx for sharing and i like the logic you gave. i know 'cost nothing' wud lead to not effecting at some extent .
There isn't anything free in this world. The so called free education and healthcare are actually financed from the taxes.
Yes my children study (studied, cause my daughter graduated) in a private high school and it was our choice to invest in their education. Now she studies in a private university with full scholarship and my son will apply for a university education with scholarship, too. As about health care, things are more complicated...
Well, thats cosentable... But w.r.t. A literate person (not educated) they consider it as free.
Hunter it is a conventional expression but it s used by the politicians to mislead people. For example, in communism they claimed many things were free, but actually the salaries were ridiculous: the state took 90% of them for "free" education and health care etc. The balance between a fair social policy and the free market is quite difficult. handshake
