She had her 10 minutes of fame, we all have to take responsibility for ourselves and I for one am not sure why we need national mourning every time one of these 'superstars', haha, pushes the self destruct button.
Yup, another one bites the dust and there is, as usual, a collective outpouring of grief. Quite why it's necessary to go into national mourning over the passing of a popular but nevertheless only peddler of 3 minute songs is slightly beyond me.
So is it OK for a wife or girlfriend to hit a guy? What happens if your g/f attacks you? Are you allowed to defend yourself? She attacks you with a knife. What are you supposed to do? Allow yourself to be stabbed? Clearly it all depends on circumstances.
I wouldn't say rude, but I would say immature. You should have picked up the clue the first time around. What do you think this guy would be like to be with or married to? I can tell you instantly. A serial controller. If that's what you need then push ahead with it.
Everything you do carries an element of risk and that applies also to smoking. Not everyone needs to live to 100 and some people prefer spending however many years they are going to get living life the way they want, not being constrained by constantly evaluating the risk of this and that. I gave up a long time ago.
It's a real plus for most men, knowing they can look forward to spending time not just with their wife and kids but the Mom in law too. It makes marriage all the more worthwhile.
Good grief, this sounds like dating etiquette tips from around 1930. Is Spain really so backward? Silly question probably considering the general state of the economy there. Anyway thanks for sharing, useful information and helpful to be aware of avoiding all Spanish women.
I agree. If an older guy is going to go for a younger woman, why settle for a 33 year old? What's wrong with a 23 year old? There are plenty of parts of the world where it's pretty normal to see old guy with much younger girl. To be quite honest - and the guys who deny this are either untruthful or generally strange - when a guy get's to a certain age its a lot nicer to wake up with someone youthful, that's just how it is.
I agree with the above comment. To say "2.5 billion" is quite ridiculous and I would be interested in a breakdown by country. I suspect that if a country is deemed by history to be 'Christian' then all it's population are assumed to be so. Therefore in the UK the population is around 65 million all of whom are assumed Christian. Conveniently ignoring the fact that a very small proportion of the population attends church or is practising in any way. Also ignoring the fact that a fair proportion of the 65m is tied to other faiths anyway. The never ending arrogance of religion.
So what? Do you expect to end up married to the first person you meet and 'like'? Presumably it's not even as if you ever met them in real life anyway. Grow up and accept that internet meeting is a numbers game, the more you meet the better your chances.
Anyone who requires 'religious leaders' to help them live their lives or formulate their thoughts needs serious help for inadequacy, regardless of which particular branch that it.

Mr Evil White Guy, (aka LuckyMan), I can only base my comments on personal experience and that of many others who have fallen foul of the illusory charms of Manila. I am trying to serve a warning to others. I think it's unlikely that the average young Asian woman is especially physically attracted to a 120 kg, 70 year old white guy, but I think you are jesting here.
Most men with half a brain who have been to the Philippines (especially Manila) know that the women from there are just a bunch of freeloaders, looking for an easy ride. You don't need to be handsome, you don't need to be young. You don't need to be rich for whatever you have will be more than the average Filipino guy. And that's really all you need to know.
'I am a simple girl'. This generally translates as 'you can make all the decisions'. (Unless I get you to marry me in which case I will).
'Accept my past'. This type of girl will have tried it with other Westerners, who will have had some fun but said 'no' to marriage.
'A man who knows how to respect women'. Involves supporting her and her family of 200 closest members. That's respect.

I think it's well known that the big tobacco companies have never been too keen on the idea of marketing 'safe' cigarettes for the simple reason that if they did it would open the litigation floodgates. Anyone could afterwards claim that they therefore always knew that normal cigarettes were bad for health, something the big companies have necessarily been in denial about.
