Nice place to visit

Pull out a map. Either a map of the country you live in, or a world map. Using either your finger or mouse cursor, close your eyes and find a random spot on the map. Now, using Wikipedia, take a look at that map, and then write a short story of what you would do if you traveled to that location.

Totally for fun, and a great escapist moment. cheers

well i tried that.. first few times i ended up in the middle of the pacific.. so their i would be swimming allot i think.. so desided to go on untill i've hit some land.. and i did...
A small islandgroup called vanuatu..
Looks like they have great beaches so i would spend most of my time at those, maybe do some fishing, some diving, maybe get some jetski.. stuff like that.

A close friend of mine has been on 2 expeditions to antartica.. once for 6 months, once for a year. He worked as a cook on the base.. says he would go back in a heartbeat.. great place to be he says.

I ended-up at Manicouagan crater in Manicouagan Regional County Municipality in the Côte-Nord region of Québec, Canada. Apparently, it is the fifth largest crater on Earth.

I could have fun here. There are fossils everywhere, plus the crater itself is fascinating to me. Camp here for a few nights and take plenty of pictures.

There've been a few interesting responses! Very nice! Antarctica would be fun (and very cold! I'd need someone to keep me warm devil )
