Tormented, even the municipality is corrupt with me. I buy prepaid electricity, but when I get the bill for rates and taxes etc, and go pay it, I have this huge bill for the electicity which they include. I query this after doing my calculations and Im exact right, but she just plays dumb, then I catch her out a few times, saying yes, but if you bring down from last month where it says I paid this amount, then you put on this statement that I only paid so much, when there is the proof blatantly on the receipt. and then you still add in the electricity that I buy prepaid, and the more I buy the more you add on. So, I am paying now everymonth, 100% more than Im supposed to pay.She, then says, oh, I dont know then whats going on. Then I argue, then she just says, oh, you have zero balance, you can go.
Now, I know that isnt true, cause I havent paid this month, and now I want to pay the rates etc this month.
So what they are plotting now, is just to bankrupt me further later on because I argued with her.
to be punished even further. What does one do, cause they know that you know that they are screwing you, but they are going to do it anyway, and for saying something, they will screw you even more.
And guess what, they driving Bmw.s. wonder how they afford those.
Weird how the corrupt keep their jobs forever, and the innocent stay out, and are the ones that go to prison, hey!

No, my bills far exceed my income, but this is africa. you dont have a say anymore. thats why Ive got to get overseas quick to do any work unfortunately and probably be exploited over there aswell.
If there realistic enough you wont need electricity .
