Spirituality can be enhanced through learning

Is there a website you can recommend for further learning? I am interested, however, it is rather late in my part of the world and I'm tired. Would appreciate if you can email the info....I do read up on whatever material, I lay my hands on but would be keen to embark upon a formal course. Thanks.

I am interested in spirituality. I have yet to take a huge leap where one abandons everything they know and start from within.

From my own search, i have found, that the ultimate manifestation of spirituality is devoted service contributing to the whole.

I found knowing about this....Maslow's hierarchy of needs helps a lot with motivation and security of one's own being...I suffer with chronic pain and was in a bad way for about 10 years...I attended a Pain Management Programme which used this as an achievement guide....Where on the pyramid scale you saw yourself or were comfortable at....Other helpful things in these Programmes are meditation, just taking time out for yourself...lying down closing your eyes....breathing properly slowing your breathing down and concentrating on it...exercising, even just going for a walk helps getting your endorphins going or yoga though never done it ...mmmm love endorphins...and forgiveness forgiving people you perceive hurt you and forgiving your self most importantly all the hurt you hang onto in every day life...helped me get some inner spirituality...and a smile helps...try smile everyday...Not sure I believe in God...people are welcome to...I think it's more a strive for inner peace...calming yourself...taking time out...made me feel a better person...accept my own life and faults and fate...we learn something new every day...it's a lifelong learning experience...so any sort of inner happiness has got to be good for you...be open to change...change happens all the time...if that's inner spirituality lucky I found it....but I lose it...find it again...lose it...etc

You speak of objectivity i think...yes it's a science...scientific reasoning...difficult stuff...

But if spirituality is seen as a light, a transcending light we need to know the spectrum....we know some of them...visible x-ray infra red...is spirituality not just a spark with which we become into being...and continue to be...or revert back to as we die...lose our mortal coil...
